  • through the trade union organization at the place of work.

It should be borne in mind that, regardless of the method of organizing a spa vacation, the child will have to pass a medical examination and based on the results of the diagnosis, his parents will be offered a treatment option.

The possibility of a refund of the cost of the voucher

Federal acts do not provide for payments for self-selected spa treatment or vacation for children with benefits.

However, children with disabilities can replace the treatment they are entitled to in a health resort with a cash equivalent established by Federal Law No. 178-FZ (this year it is 58 rubles a month). To do this, the parents of the child must, by 1.10 am, submit an application to the social protection organization or through the multifunctional center for the provision of public services.

Regional laws can establish their own rules for monetary compensation for the treatment and recreation of children.

For example, the Decree of the Moscow Government (No. 29-PP dated February 15, 2011) determined the possibility of reimbursing a part of the money spent by the parents on organizing the child's health improvement - up to 50 percent of the costs, no more than 5 thousand rubles.

In the Tomsk region, an annual return of funds spent on treatment in a sanatorium for a schoolchild up to 15 years old and a child in a difficult life situation under 17 years old, a child preschool age from 4 years if such treatment was organized on the territory of Russia.

In addition, full or partial compensation for the amounts directed to the treatment and rest of the child can be provided by the organization with which the parent's labor contract has been concluded.

  • a statement by the legal representative of the minor on the direction of the child for sanatorium treatment;
  • statement of the legal representative of the minor on consent to the processing of personal data;
  • a copy of the passport of the legal representative of the minor with data on registration at the place of residence;
  • a copy of the child's birth certificate;
  • a copy of the compulsory health insurance policy;
  • a document confirming the registration of the child in the city of Moscow;
  • a copy of the certificate for obtaining a voucher for spa treatment (form No. 070 / y);
  • copy of SNILS (if available).

In the structure of the Moscow city health care there are sanatoriums for children: general profile, bronchopulmonary, orthopedic, cardio-rheumatological, nephrological and gastroenterological profiles. All sanatoriums provide for the stay of children throughout the year.

In accordance with the order of the Ministry of Health and Social Development of Russia dated November 22, 2004 No. 256 "On the procedure for medical selection and referral of patients to sanatorium-resort treatment," medical selection and referral of patients in need of spa treatment are carried out by the attending physician and the head of the department. The decision is made on the basis of an analysis of the patient's objective condition, the results of previous treatment (outpatient, inpatient), laboratory data, functional, radiological and other studies.
