Stanislav Sergeevich is married and has two daughters. The wife of the acting governor is an actress and top model Svetlana Dryga, a native of the Rostov region. In 2005, the men's magazine "Maxim" recognized Svetlana as the girl of the month. On the secular sidelines, the opinion was expressed that it was she who became the prototype of the heroine of Andrei Konchalovsky's tape "Gloss". 
The income of the new governor for 2016 amounted to 6.8 million rubles, his wife - 2.78 million rubles. Voskresensky is the owner of an apartment of 132 sq. m and car box. His wife has two small apartments (less than 40 sq. m. each), another apartment with an area of 94 sq. m. m in use and a Mercedes car.
On October 10, 2017, by decree of the President of Russia, Stanislav Sergeevich became the acting governor of the Ivanovo region. Voskresensky replaced 59-year-old Pavel Konkov, who had been in charge of the region since October 2013, and was dismissed.
