First of all, we put the pasta to cook, I already told you how to do it correctly. And we begin to cook the shrimp. In my case, I had Argentine langoustines left over from yesterday's dinner. They are insanely delicious, I think they are much tastier than tiger prawns, so if you find them, take them without hesitation. Since I already had them thawed and fried with garlic and herbs, I just peeled them. You also need to put the frozen shrimp in a saucepan, boil water in a kettle, pour the shrimp into it, turn on the maximum heat on the stove and wait until they boil. Once the shrimp has boiled, drain all the water - they are already hot. You do not need to fry them in a shell with garlic, because during the cooking process, we will do it with pure shrimp meat. We just get the carcasses out of the shells.
Now we set the kettle to boil again and blanch the tomato (I told you how to quickly peel the tomato from the skin with boiling water).
We clean the garlic from the husk, cut it into thin slices. Cut the peeled shrimp into small pieces, cut one into 2-3 pieces. * At this point, my camera was suddenly discharged, so further photos will be a little worse, but they will still be :) *

How to make shrimp pasta in a creamy sauce

2. Fry the shrimps.

While our pasta is cooking, let's take care of the shrimp. I have them boiled and frozen, so there is no longer any need to cook them. Fry too, but we will warm them up in warm oil for a couple of minutes so that they are saturated with the aroma we need. So you just need to defrost them - in cold water, For example. And clean it.


Next, take a frying pan. Pour vegetable oil into it. I always use grape seed oil. It has no smell or taste. And there is no need to fear for its quality - it is rarely counterfeited, unlike olive. We fry the garlic in this oil. Cut half the clove into slices and keep it in a skillet until it is slightly gilded. We immediately take it out of the oil. You can already feel the subtle, very noble aroma that garlic has imparted to the oil (if you overcook it to a dark brown, the aroma will become unpleasant).

Then put the shrimps in the oil and fry them, stirring slightly, for a couple of minutes, until they curl into rings.

3. Prepare the creamy sauce.

Sauce. The simplest! Pour the cream into a bowl. Add freshly squeezed lemon juice. We mix. At first, the cream will curl up into lumps, but after half a minute it will turn into a smooth shiny sauce, similar in consistency to sour cream (but not to taste!).

The remaining half of a clove of garlic, three on a fine grater, mix in the sauce. Everything. We have a magical mixture that turns ordinary pasta into an impossible deliciousness.

Our pasta has already been cooked. We take them out of the boiling water - I have special tongs for this. Pour the water out of the pan, return the pasta back. Fill them with creamy sauce.

We mix. Already good, right?


We spread the fried shrimp.

Stir again. The dish is ready! Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese or just a pinch of dried herbs when serving.
