METHODS FOR EXITING THE ASTRAL BODY

This chapter was compiled by me from diary notes and extracts from various esoteric books. At first glance, the thoughts briefly stated here do not always agree with each other. But upon re-reading, dear reader, you will notice the general outline of these notes.

In the case of independent astral projection, first of all, let us note a certain risk and danger of the double's failure to return to the physical body or a partial return.

The easiest and most accessible way of conscious projection is the fasting method. That is, you need to drink one water for 40 - 50 days and not take any food. You need to get out of starvation gradually, starting with freshly prepared juices diluted with water. The number of days of withdrawal from fasting on juices should be equal to half of the period of fasting itself. During fasting, it is recommended to breathe rhythmically according to the yoga system and meditate on the sixth chakra.

Another simple way to enter the astral plane is to bring yourself to exhaustion. Here and long monotonous work, endless bows, staying in one position, running over long distances and so on. There are methods that induce instant trance. This is a pinching of certain nerves of the neck, a sharp compression of the chest of a person with full lungs, a blow to the head with a hard object, impact on the point between the mouth and nose, and others. Only leaving the body in this case will be unconscious, and therefore will not be remembered.

When the astral double leaves, there is always the danger of mistaking the physical body for dead and burying it alive. Unfortunately, modern doctors do not know how to distinguish a living body from a dead one. Therefore, about 5% of people are buried alive today.

All astral worlds are very densely populated. The essences of the subtle worlds are generally neutral towards man. But in the lower astral worlds there are beings hostile to people. Sometimes they populate the body, causing obsession. Also, black magicians can damage the silver thread connecting the physical body with the astral, twist it or break it. If the silver thread breaks, then the physical body dies. Note again that strong constitution and "gross" health of people impede all forms of occult activity. Such bodies are built by young and young souls, it is too early for them to return "home". The fragility of the physique and nervous sensitivity, on the contrary, favor the exit of the astral body. A friend tried to stop the graduate student, but was thrown away from him by an invisible force. The dance became more and more frenzied, the screams of rituals louder, until the scientist fell to the floor. At this moment, there was a conscious exit of the astral double from the body of the graduate student. The stay of the consciousness of the graduate student in the subtle world turned out to be so significant for the young scientist that he gave up his dissertation, left his scientific career and became a shaman.

Some sorcerers use various drugs, music, various techniques to release the astral double, others can achieve these states spontaneously. For example, the mullahs in Samarkand, who read fortune-telling from a book in order to “discover fate”, forced themselves into a trance, “becoming like drunkards”.

If concentration is specifically directed towards a specific goal, then it should be limited to the day preceding the experiment being performed. During the experiment, the mind must be relaxed and then the target will give impetus to the forces of separation.

A strong desire to achieve separation, frequent repetitions of this desire and persistent retention in consciousness of a mobile image of oneself that goes beyond the body will invariably lead to success. The key to all astral exits is the distinct visual image created by your imagination. Various exercises have been invented to develop the magical power of imagination. The stages of progress in these exercises are the fantasy of an image perceived through closed eyelids - the image is at first static, and then dynamic. Next comes the creation of a visual image with open eyes. These methods are not mutually exclusive, they must be used interchangeably.

You look at a simple drawing, then close your eyes and try to keep the picture in mind. This must be done without concentration. It is enough to look at the picture for one second, then close your eyes for three seconds and keep the picture in memory. Then open your eyes again to check the details - and close them again. Do this 10 to 100 times until every detail of the picture becomes distinctly clear. Then take a drawing with more complex illustrations and color pictures for the exercises.

You can then practice by placing a few simple (and then increasingly complex) objects on a tray and trying to remember them with your eyes closed, not using mental association, but simply visualizing their position.

During sleep, conscious exits to the astral plane are also possible. Usually acute thirst and intense hunger during sleep lead to astral projection. (To do this, it is advised to eat salty before going to bed and not drink it down).

Conscious projection is also triggered by inhaling nitrous oxide (laughing gas). Psychologist William James, breathing the laughing gas, said that all mystical secrets were revealed to him. Inhalation of chloroform results in a similar condition. Drugs containing drugs also cause body separation. The effects of AD LSD often bear a resemblance to schizophrenia. If you breathe rhythmically every day for 30 minutes, spending 12 seconds for inhaling, 48 seconds for holding the breath after inhaling and 24 seconds for exhaling, then in three months almost all diseases are cured in a person. If you breathe for 24 seconds - inhale, 96 - hold, 48 - exhale for 30 minutes, then the practitioner begins to rhythmically take off half a meter above the ground in the physical body and descend without any body movements. With an increase in breath holding, the height of the jumps increases until the physical body begins to levitate continuously. With rhythmic breathing for 36 - 144-72 seconds within 30 minutes, a person reaches Nirvikalpa-samadhi. He completely merges with God and discovers in himself all the divine qualities, including such siddhis as conscious exits from the physical body. Thought is power. She moves objects (psychokinesis), creates ghosts and elementals, animates matter. Thought causes bodily changes in the thinking person. All diseases in the world are created by thought. Ulcers due to stress, migraines due to disorders, asthma due to anxiety, heart pain due to worries in business, politics and social life. Selfish thoughts create huge egregors of evil.

In the subtle worlds, time does not exist. There are only cause and effect. The reason people exist is what happens in the end. Space is a great thought. What we call matter is a form created by our senses and therefore an illusion. Therefore, any science is just an extension of our feelings.

We build our own hell, and the demons that will torment us there are our thought forms, our desires. Wealth on earth can be a great obstacle to spiritual development. In heaven they ask more from the rich and talented than from the poor and simple. Therefore, those who have been given a lot from birth should first of all overcome their laziness and addictions on Earth.

All worlds are built according to the principle of eight. As soon as some technique for entering the astral plane begins to manifest itself vividly, a beginner in the practice should try to carry it out as long as there is progress, and then he should try to separate. If it doesn't work out, you can return to the technique again. You can also start alternating it with another technique of astral travel.

The total time for alternating techniques should not exceed 2 minutes, but should not deviate from them in less than one minute. From time to time, especially against the background of any interesting sensations, you can try to separate from the body.

As soon as the phone can be twisted in the hand, then the technique worked and you can safely separate from the body and enter into astral travel, in this case, rolling out or getting up is usually the easiest thing to do. At the same time, the phone must be kept and twisted in the hand, which will keep the arising phase state (exit to the astral plane). The separation itself in this case, again, should be more like a real physical getting up or rolling out of bed, and not like separating something from something. That is, a beginner just needs to do the separation technique as if physically, starting from the feeling of the phone in his hand.

If you can't separate, then you need to further carefully feel the phone in your hand and try to do it a little later. If you get up, then you need to do the typical for astral travel actions: deepening, and then the implementation of predetermined tasks in parallel with maintaining the state. If the separation occurs only in half, then you need to try to separate by force.

As a rule, the real feeling of the phone in the hand occurs with every second attempt by any practitioner, including a beginner. Further, the whole thing is a matter of experience and dexterity, since such a feeling is a sign that the exit to the astral plane has already arisen and you just need to use it competently.
