On 09/10/2017 my insured event was not considered, which is a gross violation of the insurance contract, and by appointing one additional check after another, the insurance company artificially delays the terms and tries to evade the payment due to me for the harm I received. Regarding the alleged additional checks, the question is also strange, the documents from the hospital and from work confirming the injuries I received were given to the insurer in full, the originals: 6 X-ray pictures, an extract from the outpatient card; copies of: an outpatient card certified by the chief physician of the Trauma Center, 3 pages of sick leave, with notes about my visit to a medical institution during the time of incapacity for work, copies of 3 pages of a sick leave certified by the employer. These documents fully reflect the insured event, the fact of its occurrence and the reason. I understand that in our country there is no bureaucracy or delays, but the actions of this insurance company cross all borders. I am waiting for another week, after which I will have to go to court.
