Alexander kalinin Christian. Leader of the “Christian State” Alexander Kalinin: “An Orthodox country should be like Iran. He really is so terrible

The site of the "Christian State" is not working now, but copies of it remained in the cache of search engines. The organization also has accounts on almost all social networks. They are led by the same Alexander Kalinin.

KhG / CP began sending letters with so-called "warnings" to cinemas back in the winter, radical posts were posted on the organization's website and accounts addressed to the filmmakers and distributors, as well as a video of the arson of Alexei Uchitel's studio in St. , Bryansk and Yekaterinburg.

We do not have the slightest desire to describe in detail the principles of the "Christian State". Therefore, let us turn to the personality of its founder and the methods of his “work with the audience”.

Alexander Vladimirovich Kalinin lived for some time in Norilsk, was born in 1984. He is married and has a daughter. Then he moved to the Lipetsk region. He has a certain business (Kalinin does not disclose details).

In one of the videos, Kalinin describes the story as follows: his father once had a house in a village near Lipetsk, then on this place a "non-poor man" built a three-story mansion, which Kalinin was going to buy together with a plot of 6 hectares. Near this place, according to Kalinin, there is only one dacha, there is an old hospital building of 2,000 square meters, which the local administration wanted to sell to Kalinin.

As the Lipetsk media wrote, it is most likely about the Gryazevsky district of the Lipetsk region.

Alexander Kalinin shows the house where his so-called community lives - men, children, women in headscarves - several families, 15 people in all - flash by. A decent renovation has been made, the walls are in icons (the icons are painted by themselves and offered through the site "free of charge"), a large portrait of Grigory Rasputin is visible. Kalinin himself is dressed in a black cassock. The flock from the community is being cared for, as Kalinin admits, by a certain “priest from Luhansk” - meanwhile, according to Lipetsk journalists, the local diocese of the Russian Orthodox Church knows nothing about the organization “Christian State”, it has nothing to do with the Russian Orthodox Church.

One of their videos captures a conversation between Alexander Kalinin and Archpriest Joachim Lapkin, who gives him advice on how to improve the community. Lapkin is quite famous in Siberia. In various dioceses of the Russian Orthodox Church, believers were warned against reading the literature they wrote and called them "a pseudo-Orthodox false teacher."

Lapkin in the early nineties organized in the abandoned village Poteryayevka Altai Territory "Orthodox camp", the settlement adopted a charter, which said: it is strictly forbidden to communicate with the world, seeking help from unbelievers should be kept to a minimum if possible.

The staff of the Kemerovo diocese wrote in this connection: "This form of existence is more reminiscent of the life of adepts in sects."

The existence of the community of Alexander Kalinin, apparently, is tailored according to the same patterns.

Kalinin claims that one of the reasons for organizing the community was the birth of a daughter: “In kindergarten and she won't go to school. I don’t want to watch a child turn from clean to dirty every day. If we have at least 20 families, we will require the administration to organize an educational institution. "

Kalinin and Co are extremely active on the Web: they attracted supporters through social media accounts, forums, and several sites. Details of how one can become a member of the community, Kalinin communicated to potential adepts in personal correspondence.

Now on the XC / CP website there are 4,678 registered people, about 5,000 are subscribed to each account. Many have left fanatical comments under the posts and videos. The branches of the organization, it is listed on the website, operate in 13 cities. Kalinin travels from time to time, sometimes in Moscow. On one of his trips, he showed the "Temporary identity card of a citizen of the Russian Empire" with the coat of arms of the times of Ivan the Terrible.

Alexander Kalinin's beard changes: it is glamorous, then it is neglected.

Alexander Kalinin gained popularity on the Web in 2011 by posting texts and videos about his "posthumous experiences" (then he was still living in Norilsk). This episode is worthy of a separate citation, since it very clearly characterizes the author.

“I am 27 years old, I have a beautiful and intelligent wife, I am a businessman and make good money, I have wonderful parents, I grew up in a prosperous family,” Kalinin begins. And he tells how in 2010 he and his bride Marina went to Ukraine, to a village on the Sea of Azov.

“A 45-year-old woman was sitting near a grocery store and offered tourists henna drawings on her body - which would not wash off for several days, we asked her to draw something interesting for Marina on a shoulder blade. She drew some kind of lizard. But spoiled it. She explained the mistake by the fact that, supposedly, the artist's brush was led by the Lord himself and this was not a mistake at all, but this was intended from above, and the correction would cost like another drawing.

I explained to her that it is impossible to behave that way, that I want to pay for her work, but I will not do this until she corrects the mistake. She stood her ground. In the end, I told her that we would go for a walk, and let her think that she was doing wrong, we would come back, because we hope that she will correct the drawing ... "

As a result, the lady "began to shout that it was too late to pay - I am a thief, I stole her money and for this I would die within 2 days."

Two days later, writes Kalinin, the devil possessed him. “He can make any horror with your hands. I saw him, being in my body, hitting the walls with his fists, overturning tables, furniture ... As a result, when he turned everything in the room, he went to the window, hit the glass with his right hand. "

In the end, Kalinin, who cut all his hands and won to the sea, was tied up and sent to the hospital. There Alexander was successfully sewn up, but the devil did not leave him. This, however, happened after a prayer in the temple, where the exorcist priest served. After the events described, Kalinin saw his new path.

At the hospital after being possessed by the devil.

Of particular interest is a person from Kalinin's entourage, who this winter called himself the "head of the central branch" of the Christian State organization in Moscow and the region - Miron Kravchenko. In the Ukrainian media, Kravchenko is called a Russian nationalist. In 2015, this character participated in the founding conference of the Anti-Putin Information Front held in Kiev and spoke at the press conference "Lessons and Results of the Kiev Maidan: the Possibility of Implementing a Revolutionary Scenario and Civil War in Putin's Russia." On the Ukrainian side, the Ukrainian radical Dmytro Korchinsky, arrested in absentia in Russia, took part in it. As Kalinin later explained in an interview with "Pskov province", Kravchenko then hesitated on whose side to fight in Ukraine, and eventually chose "Christian State".

In company with Kravchenko and Kalinin, posed a veteran of the Chechen war Ivan Otrakovsky, an activist of the "Holy Russia" organization, whose members conducted paramilitary training and took part in actions of Orthodox radicals.

This winter, after the first threatening letters appeared, a prosecutor's check of the Christian State activists was carried out (by the way, Natalya Poklonskaya also requested this), however, according to Kalinin, he had “47 refusals to initiate criminal proceedings”. He continues to post on social media.

« Orthodox country should be like Iran "Christian State leader Alexander Kalinin - about his organization and how evacuations throughout Russia are connected with" Matilda "
Meduza13:05, 14 September 2017

On September 13, the leader of the organization "Christian State - Holy Russia" Alexander Kalinin wrote a post on his VKontakte in which he stated that "telephone terrorism", which resulted in the evacuation of schools, shopping centers and other institutions throughout Russia, is part of " public campaign "against the film" Matilda "by Alexey Uchitel. Earlier, the activists of the "Christian State" were associated with other actions against "Matilda"; on their behalf, letters came to cinemas with threats of arson. Daniil Turovsky, special correspondent for Meduza, spoke with the head of Christian State, Alexander Kalinin.
The organization "Christian State - Holy Russia" became known in early 2017, when threatening letters began to arrive on its behalf in cinemas across the country. Activists wrote that if Matilda was released, "the cinemas would start burning." The organization is headed by a resident of Lipetsk, born in 1984, Alexander Kalinin; a link to his VKontakte account is posted on the organization's official website in the Contacts section. In September, director Alexei Uchitel and State Duma deputies Irina Rodnina and Oksana Pushkina asked the FSB to check the organization for extremism; The teacher accused Natalya Poklonskaya of covering up a "terrorist organization". At the same time, Poklonskaya back in February asked to check the organization for extremism and accused her of trying to defame the ROC. Then the Ministry of Internal Affairs refused to initiate a criminal case against the "Christian State"; however, in an interview with Open Russia, Kalinin said that criminal cases were still opened against him and his “brothers”. The teacher linked the "Christian State" with the incident in Yekaterinburg, where a man rammed a cinema building and set fire to it. The organization itself stated that it was not associated with this incident. On September 13, the largest chain of cinemas in Russia, Cinema Park and Formula Kino, turned to the police because of threats from the activists of the Christian State. Russian presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov called the activists "anonymous extremists."

- What is "Christian State"? When did it appear and why?

It appeared in 2010. The task was to consolidate the Orthodox society in order to be able to communicate and intersect on spiritual issues. Monasteries, temples and churches supported me. I managed to unite a sufficient number of believers. We were united not with the aim of fighting someone, but with the aim of supporting each other in the regions. To know that if someone is going somewhere, then everyone knows that there are brothers in Vladivostok and Sochi. We have created a fraternal network. We had no task to fight with any "Matilda" or schizophrenics. When this film appeared, it turned out that we had to join forces in the fight against this evil. By this time there were already about 350 of us active people with families. To date, another four thousand people have registered on the site.

I just visited your site, there is a DNS error. What happened?

The site was attacked by hackers last night. They destroyed the entire platform, stirred everything up. This is not Roskomnadzor.

Your name "Christian State" is a direct reference to the terrorist "Islamic State". When did you come up with it?

In 2013. Then we looked at this entire Islamic world, quite bloody. They wanted to show that here is a Russian Christian state and that terrorists and scoundrels should not get in here. If you come to a Christian state, you will receive an even tougher rebuff. The Orthodox world will not sit idly by.

Yesterday you posted a post in which you say you know that telephone threats throughout Russia are connected with Matilda.

On September 10 we received an anonymous letter. It said that there are guys who are ready to show all these film distributors that there are methods of struggle that are much more effective than arson and more. What can I call. The letter stated that it was possible to destabilize the entire infrastructure of Russia. Then it went very interesting. The first calls went specifically to cinemas (judging by the news, the first reports of evacuations came from schools and businesses - Meduza's comment). Apparently, this is some kind of program. And all the telephones of schools and shopping centers were included in the program. But we ourselves have nothing to do with this. (Alexander Kalinin on his VKontakte page posts daily news about evacuations of people from cinemas and shopping centers - Meduza's comment)

Who are these people - "the guys ready to show the film distributors"?

These are supporters of the fight against recklessness and immorality. They can go to extreme lengths. And the problems will be even greater. They would revoke Matilda's license if the people are against it. Is it so hard? Now, when we know that some cinema may arrive, I or one of the brothers call. We convey the position of believers.

Who set fire to the cars outside Dobrynin's office? (On September 11, 2017, near the office of the lawyer Alexei Uchitel Konstantin Dobrynin, they burned two cars and scattered leaflets "For Matilda to burn" - Meduza's comment)

Disgruntled people set fire. Yes, these are all the little things in life. Only two cars were burned. They could have burned much more. And they will burn much more. I have about 900 letters only in VK. People are really unhappy. The Lord gave me a mission to relay the position of society, I myself will not go to throw a Molotov cocktail. I would like to somehow inform everyone that all cinemas and regional departments of the Ministry of Culture are in great danger. Individuals threaten individual movie theaters. All this will be supported by deeds, if there is no official refusal of cinemas from this trashy film.

While Poklonskaya tells everyone about some lawsuits made by the relatives of the holy tsar and is trying to ban the film, her supporters ...

People are ready to burn anything. Anything that contributes to this blasphemy. And they will not talk about murders - but about taking life for their faith.

What's wrong with the movie?

The film is a slap in history. It's about a holy man. It really doesn't even matter which saint it is. There is a saint - he is one of the facets of the diamond of our church. Enough spit at least is the starring actor. (Nikolai Romanov in Matilda is played by German Lars Eidinger - Meduza's note.)

Have you watched the movie?

Yes. In Vladivostok, this film was shot from two angles. If you want, they can send it to you. I can cut you nasty pieces. There is nothing good in the film.

You wrote on VKontakte two weeks ago: "If you don't ban Matilda, then the current provocations will seem like mere pampering." What did you mean?

I communicate with people, we do not just send warning letters to cinemas. We know what the Orthodox community is now thinking about. Some people are willing to take even tougher actions.

It can get scary. We have examples of great saints who impaled for blasphemy and sacrilege. We still have a militant Christianity - Orthodoxy. When people see this blasphemous madness, they arm themselves with examples of saints. Someone armed with prayer examples of Seraphim of Sarov, others - the example of warriors. They think they can impale the Teacher. A person who sees how inflexible the Teacher is, can put him on a stake. People are driven by their Orthodox faith. The person who does this will be right in his heart. Go to prison for the Teacher - but he will be happy that he saved Russia from blasphemy. We do not want this, we warn about it. But there are people who will wait for the Teacher, guard at the entrance, live next to him from morning to evening, who will find him and break his legs. Or worse yet.

We want our "wall" to oust these two unbending people - the Teacher and Medinsky. Medinsky is insane. He talks about the cultural policy of our country, and we show porn on television. Everywhere is dirt and immorality. Was there so much dirt on the screen in the Soviet Union? Even believers remember Soviet Union with awe.

If you dream, how do you see an ideal society in Russia?

There must be a society without that which is alien to the human heart. If mats are alien, they should be prohibited. An immoral joke is alien - forbid. The lack of culture and immorality should be criminalized.

Criminal liability for lack of culture and immorality - who can determine this?

Now there are many institutions that define all sorts of rubbish. That would be taken and determined. This is something that offends the other person's feelings. All people should be pleased with everything.

It's impossible.

Maybe. In Iran it is possible. No one swears, no one drinks beer on the street. Because they punish by chopping off the hand. (Drinking alcohol in Iran provides for criminal liability in the form of imprisonment and lashes; a hand or finger can be cut off for theft - Meduza's note.)

Iran is now a totalitarian religious state. Do you want a totalitarian Orthodox state?

An Orthodox country should be just that. We would have Ivan the Terrible.

Are you sure that you will ensure that the film is not released?

Certainly. And if it does, I assure you that every day it will be like this: they will show the film in the cinema, tomorrow it will burn; will show the film in another cinema - and it will burn.

Who will burn? Who are these people? How to characterize them?

These are [Orthodox] believers.

Daniil Turovsky
Meduza thanks Timur Olevsky for his help in preparing the material

The organization "Christian State - Holy Russia" existed for many years on paper, but did not take any real action. Dmitry Enteo (Tsorionov), an activist of the "God's Will" Orthodox movement, spoke about this in the "360" conversation.

According to Enteo, the leader of the Christian State, Alexander Kalinin, published videos of his speeches on YouTube, and sometimes the organization sent letters. Kalinin came to the Orthodox faith recently - before that he was an adherent of the Protestant cult.

He recorded a video where he talked about his clinical death and visions after him, after which he believed. As I understand it, at first he became part of the neocharistic Protestant cult, a sect, and then he migrated to such a near-Orthodox environment.

Dmitry Enteo.

According to Enteo, it was difficult for him to watch the video of Alexander Kalinin, in which he talks about the appearance of Christ and other things.

I had the first thought that these are the consequences of spiritual practices associated with neocharistism.

Dmitry Enteo.

The views of the leader of the "Christian State" strongly contradict the canons orthodox Church, emphasized Enteo, and the teachings of Christianity.

I am sure that this person is sincere, but at the same time he is sincerely lost. The time between when he believed and began to preach is very, very small

Dmitry Enteo.

Alexander Kalinin. Photo: "VKontakte"

Such organizations exist parallel to the official church and are very marginal, Dmitry noted.

As long as I can remember myself in church, there have always been people who have their own saints, their own prophecies, their own dogmatics.

Dmitry Enteo.

Such cults are believed by people who lack information about religion and spiritual practices. Often such views arise among monarchists, although adherents of unofficial cults are a minority among them, Dmitry stressed.

I hope that the members of it (the organization "Christian State - approx.) Will renounce their views, which are contrary to Orthodoxy.

Dmitry Enteo.

The film "Matilda", which was released in the century of the revolution, Tsorionov does not like. In particular, he criticized the scenes where Nicholas II cheated on the tsarina with the ballerina Kshesinskaya after the marriage.

For us, this is an image of a Christian family and the author's fantasies have no real confirmation

Dmitry Enteo.

The film was shot with the involvement of budget funds, and citizens have the right to ask how and why certain events are shown in it, and to express their protests, Enteo said. Apart from the marginalized with threats and arson, other believers expressed their dissatisfaction with “Matilda” in the correct form.

This is a collection of signatures, these are prayer stances, these are banners in stadiums during football matches. More than 30 deputies State Duma signed up

Dmitry Enteo.

On Wednesday morning it became known about the arrest of the leader of the organization "Christian State - Holy Russia" Alexander Kalinin and several other people. According to "Interfax", they are suspected of involvement in the arson of cars near the office of director Alexei Uchitel's lawyer. According to the agency's source, the arrests took place in Moscow and the Lipetsk region. In total, three people were taken to the police. The interlocutor of the agency said that a person from Transnistria, whose name was not named, is suspected of committing the crime.

However, by the evening it turned out that Kalinin had been questioned as a witness; he is not a suspect and is not a detainee. In the meantime, there is no need to worry about it. ”

According to RIA Novosti sources, the detainees (or interrogated as witnesses) called a cinema in Vladivostok and reported about a bomb planted there. In addition, containers with a combustible mixture and leaflets "Burn for Matilda!" Were found during a search of the so-called "Orthodox activists". Earlier it was reported that the same leaflet was found at the leader of the Christian State - Holy Russia movement Alexander Kalinin.

In an interview with Meduza, Kalinin linked reports of mining sites across Russia with protests against the screening of the film Matilda. He spoke of a letter from some "guys" who were ready to "show the film distributors that there are methods of struggle that are much more effective than arson." In addition, Kalinin called the burning of cinemas and "deprivation of life for faith" permissible. The leader of the "Christian State" also suggested breaking the director Alexei Uchitel's legs and impaling him.

Leader of the "Christian State" Alexander Kalinin

The first show of Matilda in Russia took place at the Cheryomushki cinema in Vladivostok on 11 September. According to a RIA Novosti source, it was to him that the call from the detained "Orthodox activists" came.

MP Natalia Poklonskaya, which is campaigning against the film Matilda, said on Wednesday that Kalinin was detained at her "deputy request" at the Interior Ministry. She told RBC that she is fighting in this way against extremism, the manifestation of which she demands to recognize the picture of the Teacher itself.

Alexey Uchitel's lawyer Konstantin Dobrynin, who turned to the FSB after setting fire to cars near his office, in a conversation with Radio Liberty complained that the state authorities had been inactive for so long:

When it caught fire, then they began to react

- It's a shame that it took almost 9 months, although we warned about it back in February. But when it caught fire, then everyone began to react. As for the qualifications, we do not know in what criminal case the suspects were detained, but we believe that within the framework of the case that was initiated on the fact of arson and intent to damage property. We believe that the criminal-legal qualification here should be different, because there is a terrorist act, and this is Article 205, ”believes lawyer Konstantin Dobrynin.

He hopes that this move will make radicals reflect on the consequences of their actions and, possibly, stop the wave of hysteria and violence associated with the screening of the film
They must see that they do not determine the rules, they do not dictate to people how to live and what films to watch.

- Extremists, radicals and terrorists must see that it is not they who determine the rules, but the state, it is not they who dictate to people how to live and what films to watch, which cinemas to go to, but still it is determined by the state and citizens, it determines a healthy civil society, - the lawyer believes. - I hope that there will be a very powerful signal, including for film distributors, who reasonably fear, in particular, Mr. Mamut, that the state will not be able to restrain extremists. Now the state has shown that it can control the situation and manage the situation. I hope that in this sense, everyone will start to feel safe. This also applies to citizens, who can also feel safe and understand that they can watch films without hindrance. As for the wave in general, I think that a signal has been given to Mrs. Poklonskaya. She needs to stop at her further incorrect legal statements and actions, because that's enough, it has gone too far, and any careless legal statements can generate completely unimaginable consequences for everyone, even if you didn't want it, '' believes lawyer Konstantin Dobrynin.

All-Russian public Orthodox organization "Christian State - Holy Russia" is not officially registered. There is no exact information about the date of its origin, composition and structure. However, according to various information in the media, it is clear that it arose long before the conflict around the film "Matilda". The organization existed in the form of a kind of "Christian brotherhood". Its leader was Alexander Kalinin, an Orthodox preacher under the pseudonym Christian Alexander.

Kalinin survived clinical death and made a video about it "Clinical Death", which brought him popularity. In it, Kalinin claims that at the time of his death his soul went to hell, where he experienced all the torments that await unrepentant sinners on himself, and then he saw Jesus Christ himself. In the future, Kalinin began to regularly shoot videos on religious themes, where he called people to repentance and the need to correct their lives in accordance with the commandments of God.

Subsequently, Kalinin and his admirers met and created a community. According to the leaders of the organization, the KhGSR has a very ramified structure and its representatives, supporters and simply sympathetic people are present in almost all regions of Russia. The organization of the KhGSR arose after Alexander Kalinin's acquaintance with Miron Kravchenko - a captain of the Cossack army, a public figure, in the past an active participant in various initiatives for spiritual and national revival. Together they developed the name and foundations of the ideology, as a result of which the organization began to position itself as a "Spiritual and Political Order".

Miron Kravchenko is a man of interesting destiny. Officially, his position sounds like "the head of the organization for the Central Region, Moscow and the Moscow Region." Kravchenko emerged from the ranks of Russian nationalists: as the newspaper Pskov Province found out at the beginning of 2017, at the beginning of the 2000s, he was a member of several Russian radical right-wing movements, including the Great Russia movement, and organized the right-wing Russian March in Murmansk. In 2015, he took part in the creation of the Anti-Putin Information Front, which aimed at "delivering information to the residents of the Russian Federation and peoples affected by the Putin regime that would expose the Kremlin's lies."

The organization held several forums with the participation of Russian political emigrants and activists who fled after the war from Crimea and Donbass, as well as a number of street actions in Kiev and other Ukrainian cities. One of its leaders, Sergey Parkhomenko, connects Miron Kravchenko and the "Christian State" with the Russian special services, although he admits that Kravchenko himself was "ideological" - it was just that these "ideas" were changing with kaleidoscopic speed:

Miron Kravchenko was a political emigrant from Russia

- The Anti-Putin Information Front was created in 2015. As a matter of fact, Miron Kravchenko, at that moment a political emigrant from Russia, was also present at its founding conference. The task was to fight against Russian propaganda, to come up with some interesting events that would be counter-propaganda. We launched our propaganda against the Russian one, broke stereotypes and broke patterns in many of the issues on which Russian propaganda and Russian society's perception of reality are based.

- How and when did Miron Kravchenko appear on your horizon? You say that he was at the founding conference of the Anti-Putin Information Front, that is, you knew him even before that?

He was completely on our side

- Yes, we met in the fall of 2014. We held a conference on the Kuban "Kuban is Ukraine". We held a conference at the Museum of Ukrainian Propaganda in Troyeshchina, in the Desnyanskiy district of Kiev. There we had a guest, Miron, who was invited through friends and who, in principle, supported these ideas in many ways. Then I talked with him for a while and invited him to the conference, which was in August 2015. He supported the Maidan, he supported Ukraine in the war, he was against the annexation of Crimea and the war in Donbass, he dissuaded many of his acquaintances from going to fight in the so-called "DPR" and "LPR", for which we are grateful. He was completely on our side, against this whole Putin system and personally against Putin.

- What exactly were his claims to Putin and the Russian authorities?

- He is a romantic, a revolutionary. He has, let's say, a different perception of the world. He did not perceive the archaic model of Russian society, its "neo-sovishness". He considered the neo-Bolshevik essence of Russian politics and society to be the most vile. That is, it seems to have some national aspects, but everything is based on Soviet myths, on the Soviet historical tradition, on the exploits of the Soviet people. And he generally did not perceive the scoop and the Soviet period, because he considered himself more a Christian fundamentalist. He believed, and not unreasonably, that the Soviet government was atheists, saw in Putin's Russia its non-Christian essence, which is covered by Orthodoxy, and so on.

- You knew at the time of the establishment of your movement that Miron Kravchenko was a member of the Union of Orthodox Banner Bearers, this is such an organization of so-called Orthodox activists, a member of the nationalist party "Great Russia", that he organized the "Russian March" in Arkhangelsk, the so-called "Russian Club" in Ukraine?

- I know. And the Russian émigré club was an idea that was also discussed by my other acquaintances. This was necessary to break the mold in order to understand that Ukraine is fighting not against the Russians, not against the Russian nation, but against Russian imperialism as such. During the war, we were able to understand very in time that the Russian nationalist was not only imperial. There are Russian nationalists who want to preserve the Russian nation within some ethnic boundaries, that is, not throughout the territory modern Russia, but on the territory of compact residence, where the Russian ethnos was born, that is, more central regions, the Novgorod region in the north and a little to the south. That is, it was not imperial Russian nationalism. At least, this is how he positioned himself: I am for the Russians, but against the empire, against taking away territory from Ukraine, the Ukrainians are our brothers, and we believe that Putin acted very disgustingly, publicly calling the Ukrainians brothers, and he took the territory himself. Who he was - there was no secret, and this was necessary for the struggle, because among the Russian nationalists it was also necessary to work to show that Putin is an enemy for the Russians, as well as for the Ukrainians, and for any nation that suffered from an aggressive imperial Russian politics. Any means in this war are good. If you need to work with Russian nationalists, there is nothing wrong with that. In addition, on many issues we found common points of contact, it was a common struggle for Ukrainians, for Russians and for other peoples of Russia to remove this regime. Because he destroys people - he simply blocks some, physically destroys others, throwing them into the meat grinder of the wars in Syria and Ukraine.

- Did Kravchenko tell how he appeared in Ukraine? You say that he positioned himself as a refugee from Putin's Russia. He gave some details - how did he leave, were they persecuted?

Kravchenko was against Putin

“I know he was being followed. I do not remember the details, and did not go into too much. Naturally, he was checked, the special services were informed that he had arrived, was living, and his activities did not pose a threat to Ukraine, but on the contrary, it was more a threat to Putin's Russia. Very many who participated in the "Russian Marches" were taken in pencil by the special services, some they simply recruited, made agents, sent to fight in the Donbass, or imprisoned if they were against Putin. Kravchenko was from the category that is against Putin, and he, not wanting to be an instrument in the hands of the special services and not wanting to go to jail, just left. His position on the Maidan, on the war, on the annexation of Crimea was our position, that is, the Ukrainian position, so it was important.

- And he told, by what documents he lives in Ukraine, did he apply for asylum?

At some point, I learned that he got on the rails of Orthodox fundamentalism

- He tried to legalize, but, unfortunately, we have such a system that many emigrants from Russia during the war still do not have refugee status. This is a big problem. And he also did not legalize, he did not have a job, so he left for Belarus. For some time he was even in Russia, and then mainly stayed on the territory of Belarus. After his departure from Ukraine, I communicated with him little and to a point. And at some point I learned that he had embarked on the tracks of Orthodox fundamentalism, which, in fact, was just a cover for the ideology of the "Russian world", that only under the Moscow omophorion all Orthodox Christians could be united.

- At the time of his departure from Ukraine, did you and the other members of the "Front" have any ideological disagreements with him?

- We did not have. It is clear that he was religiously biased, and we are a civic organization, we do not have a religious moment, and rightly so, because we had both Muslims and just people who belong to other religions or were not believers. We simply did not exacerbate this issue, we found a compromise.

- What could have happened to Miron, why did he change his position and is now one of the leaders of the "Christian State", which sends these letters in Russia?

He was always a believer, but due to radicalism he went along the extreme line

- He has always been a believer, a Christian, but, apparently, due to his age and radicalism, he went along the extreme line. This is the first thing. Second, maybe he was offended by the Ukrainian authorities, because they did not help him either to legalize, or find any job, and was not given refugee status. And third, it was simply processed ideologically by the adherents of the "Russian world", it was simply zombified. If earlier he said that the main threat is Islamic fundamentalism, in which I agreed with him, but now he says that all this is a Jew-Masonic conspiracy, that is, these are views that are now unpopular, and it is clear that work has been done with him ... It is obvious that the people who worked with him are clearly part of the circle of communication of the Russian special services, using people like him to realize some of their goals, hiding behind the noble idea of protecting Christians, and shaking the situation, including arranging internal Russian confrontations, against the background which the society is very united to come to the next presidential elections... This is all played out by the special services and it is only beneficial to them.

- Do you think that the special services processed him when he was in Ukraine or even before his arrival in Ukraine?

Its processing began in 2015

- No, the processing started when he left in 2015, actively started. I am sure that he is simply being used, his ideological idealism. I know what his views were when he was here, he had his own clear positions, but he was not processed as it is now. I didn’t know that he was a member of more radical Christian organizations, but I was scared when he started asking: "Find out what nationality the president of Ukraine has. And find out what nationality this one has?" I say: "Everyone knows what nationality. Why did you say this now? You did not know about it a year or two ago, when we started talking?" This suggests that something was clearly hammered into the person's head, and he focused all his attention on those issues that he had not previously focused on. This means that someone deliberately and systematically brought him to this moment. And only professional people, some units of the Russian FSB, for example, can fail. Most likely, it is so. There are people in the special services who are engaged in psychological processing, and I think that he fell under their influence.

- Did he often go to church?

Myron was used very skillfully

- I did not follow this, but he was a believer. It was evident that he had such a vision of the situation. But I did not follow his religious life. Due to many circumstances, it is difficult for Russian emigrants who supported Ukraine from the beginning. And we do not have the opportunity, financial resources to systematically close all the tasks that an information war requires. As a result, some people get offended and turn from allies into neutral at best, and at worst they go over to the side of the enemy. If a person with an unsettled psyche or with a not very clear position, he can always fall under the influence of the first. I think that Miron was used very skillfully and pushed in a certain direction, - believes Sergey Parkhomenko.

Head of the SOVA Information and Analytical Center Alexander Verkhovskysuggests that the higher ranks of the Russian Orthodox Church may be behind the creation of the "Christian State":

I don't think this group of comrades organized everything.

“I'm not even sure that this is an organization in the full sense of the word,” the expert believes. - I think that this is just a certain group of people who, among other things, speak publicly on this topic. Because their leader was somehow very evasive on this topic - that he understands, but he himself did not seem to organize them. I think this will gradually become clear. Judging by the fact that all of them are no longer young guys, they are all with some kind of background in this area. One of them was in RONS, this is the Russian National Union, Miron Kravchenko, someone is associated with an Orthodox activist Ivan Otrakovsky , who at one time promised us that there would be Orthodox squads to patrol here, which we never saw. Basically, I don’t think that this group of comrades organized all this. I think that they just successfully act as speakers who are at least partially involved in material violent actions, but the violent actions themselves can be taken by people who are not at all connected with them. This movement against "Matilda" is clearly much broader than this group, and the radicalization of this movement is clearly taking place with some connivance of the church leaders, let's say. It is difficult to say for sure who is personally behind this, but it simply cannot do without it, - believes Alexander Verkhovsky.

The statements of the leader of the "Christian State" Kalinin that there are branches in all Russian regions seem to the expert to be a clear exaggeration. He is equally skeptical about suggestions that the "Christian State" is a project of the FSB:

- Of course, we can have everything, but I doubt it very much. I just don't understand why the FSB needs it. This is definitely some kind of ecclesiastical offspring, and if some siloviki have anything to do with this, then still not at the level of entire departments, but in some more personal capacity. It's just that this movement is, in essence, just a very radical form in the implementation of the ideological policy that has been pursued from above for the past few years. Of course, Christian State goes far ahead of public policy, but there will always be people who go far ahead. Maybe there are some people from the FSB among them, but it's hard for me to imagine that. The goal setting is not clear. I have no doubt that not only Poklonskaya adheres to such radical views in our country, but for the whole department to embark on such a radical path ... I doubt that this is so, - says Verkhovsky.

Konstantin Dobrynin. Kalinin was detained the day before, on September 19, along with two of his alleged accomplices. The operation took place simultaneously in Moscow and Lipetsk.

Alexander Kalinin faces up to five years in prison

A law enforcement source said that Orthodox radicals are suspected of committing a crime under Part 2 of Article 167 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Intentional destruction or damage to property"). The maximum liability under this article is up to five years in prison.

Dobrynin's car was burned more than a week ago

On September 11, Moscow police on the beginning of an investigation into the circumstances of the arson of two cars in the city center. The burned cars were parked in the immediate vicinity of the office of the lawyer Konstantin Dobrynin, representing the interests of the director Alexei Uchitel.

The police who arrived at the scene found the victims of the fire Honda and Mercedes. According to the source of "Lenta.ru", the burned-out Mercedes belonged to Konstantin Dobrynin. At the same time, the lawyer himself said that the burned-out cars belonged to residents of nearby houses. He told about the arson on his Facebook page, attaching to the post photos of burned cars, around which leaflets were scattered with the phrase "For Matilda to burn."

KhGSR leader blamed Matilda's opponents for the wave of telephone terrorism

September 13 Alexander Kalinin on his page on the social network "In contact with" posted a post describing the threatening calls that had resulted in the evacuation of schools, shopping centers and other institutions across the country as part of a "pan-Orthodox campaign" against Matilda.

“In connection with the wide publicity in the press of the recent telephone threats, the KhGSR considers it its duty to inform the public that on September 10, 2017, information (anonymous letter) was received in the name of the organization from persons unknown to us (anonymous letter) that these persons will conduct some“ information attacks on cinemas and infrastructure facilities of the Russian Federation "as part of a" pan-Orthodox campaign "against the movie" Matilda "," the post says.

The arson of a lawyer's car is not the first act of aggression on the part of church worshipers

The film "Matilda" tells about the relationship between the future emperor and the ballerina. The film provoked discontent among some of the radical believers who worship the last Russian Tsar as a saint. The deputy has repeatedly spoken out against the demonstration of the film.

Setting fire to Konstantin Dobrynin's car is not the only act of aggression in the campaign against Matilda. In particular, on 4 September in Yekaterinburg, a man drove into the Kosmos cinema in a car and set it on fire. After the arrest, he complained about his intention to show the film "Matilda" there. It became known that earlier he spoke at a rally against the painting of the Teacher, calling it "porn". However, Christian State stated that it had nothing to do with this incident.

August 31, that unidentified persons threw Molotov cocktails at the building of the St. Petersburg film studio "Lendok". In the same building with "Lendok" there is a film studio "Rock" directed by Alexei Uchitel.

Natalia Poklonskaya and KhGSR went their separate ways

The Christian State - Holy Russia organization made itself known at the beginning of 2017, when, on behalf of its activists, letters began to arrive in cinemas with threats that if the film Matilda was shown, the cinemas would start burning. However, later these messages were called not threats, but only fears that disgruntled citizens could take drastic measures.

At first, the activists of the "Christian State" were ranked among the supporters of Natalia Poklonskaya, but in February 2017, the deputy publicly dissociated herself from the organization, Kalinin's associates in an attempt to discredit and asked the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia to check the KhGSR for extremism. On July 21, it became known that the Moscow Prosecutor's Office showed signs of violation of the law in the actions of opponents of the film "Matilda" from among the supporters of "Christian State".

In turn, Alexander Kalinin at the beginning of 2017 in one of the interviews that his organization has nothing to do with Poklonskaya and does not share her position. “She is handling her prosecutorial line as it should. We have our own movement, she does not understand it, just as her line is not peculiar to us. We do not support each other, we go on slightly different fronts, ”said the head of the KhGSR.

In an interview with the media, Kalinin reported that the Christian State was created in 2010 with the aim of consolidating the Orthodox brotherhood, mutual support and communication on spiritual issues. The emergence of the organization was allegedly supported by monasteries, temples and churches. “There was no task to fight with any 'Matilda' or schizophrenics, - noted the leader of the association, - but after the film appeared, we had to join forces in the fight against this evil."

According to Kalinin, by the beginning of the “matildobathism” the organization consisted of “about 350 active people with families”, and by mid-September “another four thousand people were registered on the site”. At the time of the preparation of the material in the group "Christian State - Holy Russia" in the social network "VKontakte" 293 people were registered.
