Description of resorts in Bulgaria where it is better with children. Where is the best place to relax in Bulgaria? Reviews of tourists. The best resorts in Bulgaria for families

Good country Bulgaria!.. Every year more and more of our fellow tourists go there. If you decide to join them and spend your 2019 vacation on a different coast of the Black Sea, then for you - all these tips and a small rating of the best hotels for dessert 🙂

The most popular type of holiday in Bulgaria is with children. Therefore, our recommendations on when it is better to go to Bulgaria are focused on kids and their comfort:

  1. beach season starts in May. This is the best time for holidays with young children. The climate is mild and gentle. Even if the baby has just turned 1 year old, acclimatization is not terrible. But few will decide to swim at the end of spring - the sea is still cool (+ 21 ° C), and the weather can “diversify” the vacation with a little rain.
  2. bathing season comes from June. The average air temperature reaches +26°C, and the water warms up to +23°C. At this time, holidays in Bulgaria with children from 3 years old are ideal.
  3. July and August are high season: on the street in the summer already up to + 35 ° C, in the sea + 25 ° C, and on the beaches there are more and more tourists, both with families and without children. One big BUT: since the end of July, outbreaks of rotavirus infection have not been rare in Bulgarian resorts.
  4. And finally, September the Velvet season: low prices, comfortable weather and slowly cooling sea.

To save money, focus on the end of May-beginning of June or September: the cost of a holiday drops by ≈15%. And make an early booking or apartments, from about March, it will come out even cheaper.

By the way, there is also a ski season in this country (December-March). So, Bulgaria with children is good all year round 🙂

Why Bulgaria? Recreation features

In Bulgaria, a beach holiday with a child is chosen for several reasons:

  • a region with a mediterranean climate eliminates the acclimatization period
  • gentle entry into the sea and soft sand - calm and safe
  • comfortable and inexpensive vacation: according to tourists, in many 3 * hotels the level of service and quality of food is comparable to 5-star all-inclusive. And the budget of one person for 7 days can be only €135 (including restaurants, excursions and souvenirs)
  • Bulgaria is also suitable for a trip with children thanks to the healing coniferous sea air
  • Bulgaria or Turkey? The kinship of cultures, language and culinary preferences speaks in favor of the first
  • hotels are designed for families: they will offer an additional baby cot, high chair, bottle warmer, menu

The most important thing is not to forget that Bulgaria is not a visa-free country. In 2019, the consular fee for a tourist visa is 35 euros (and 70 euros for an urgent one) + about €19 for a service fee if you apply through an intermediary. For children up to 6 years visa is free.

Prices for tours to Bulgaria

Have you heard of online tour aggregators? These are services that monitor the bases of all leading tour operators at once, compare prices and issue a summary of profitable tours. It is one thing to study offers from 1-2 tour operators, and another thing to choose the best among all, especially when it is conveniently presented. So we recommend:

Prices for tours to Bulgaria in 2019 are among the most reasonable (if you do not take into account the visa. What if you have a valid Schengen pasted?). With departure from Moscow, for two + a child for 7 nights - from 55,000 rubles (breakfast). Of course, this price is for 2*, maximum 3* hotels. Similar vouchers to Bulgaria in 4 stars and above - from 63,000 rubles.

The cheapest resorts are Golden Sands and neighboring Chaika, St. Constantine and Elena. From the "biting", but level, with excellent hotels on all inclusive - Sunny Beach, Elenite, Nessebar.

By the way, how much does all inclusive cost in Bulgaria? 10 days of serene rest will come out in the amount of 75,000 rubles for three. And in other countries?

The best resorts in Bulgaria for families

In order to properly figure out where it is better to relax in Bulgaria with children, we visited more than one forum for travelers, read reviews and tips from tourists.

  • and - this is the northern coast of the country, both resorts are located near Varna, which implies a convenient transfer from the airport
  • - also a popular northern destination, considered one of the main children's resorts in Bulgaria
  • and are located further south and are suitable for those who like to see the sights between swimming sessions
  • – a young resort near Sunny Beach, at the very foot of the Balkan Mountains
  • and - places for recreation with a therapeutic orientation: natural beaches and balneological resorts

Where is the best place to travel with a child?

If you are planning a vacation in Bulgaria with children, when choosing where to go, consider factors such as: the age of the child, the budget of the trip, preferences (relax on a sun lounger VS go on an excursion). Of course, you will decide all these issues yourself, and we will tell you where it is better to realize your plans.

  • Sunny Beach and Elenite

Where to go to Bulgaria with a child? To Sunny Beach. Even despite the fact that this is the most expensive among all Bulgarian resorts: a tour for "mom, dad, me" for 7 days will cost from 60,000 rubles. Nevertheless, holidays in Bulgaria with children, especially all-inclusive, in Sunny Beach are especially good, because. high prices are due to the same high quality of the beaches and the purity of the water (confirmed by the Blue Flag).

Because the resort is family and youth, there is an unspoken order of settlement: backpackers and students live in the center, buzzing at night; go north for cool (and expensive) hotels; Well, the "children" are going to the southern part.

The resort of Elenite deserves special attention: in this place the mountains come close to the sea, which allows you to enjoy the natural beauties, which many resorts lack. Elenite is not such a party place as Sunny Beach, but it will still be comfortable here with preschoolers (the entrance to the water is not suitable for kids, in some places it is pebbly, and teenagers will be frankly bored).

    Burgas

When exploring the resorts of Bulgaria for families with children, take a closer look at Burgas. This is an ancient port city, one of the largest in the country, which means that it lives a real life, independent of the tourist season. By the way, in Burgas they often rest on their own.

    • Prices for hotels, even high-class ones, are two times lower than Sunny Beach
    • Plenty of grocery stores catering to locals
    • You can immerse yourself in architecture and parks without leaving the city

What will prevent swimming is the port. But the problem is solved: settle near Burgas, in Pomorie or Sozopol. In the first, for example, all the conditions for a family holiday have been created - a gently sloping beach with a long entry into the water, where even the youngest bathers are not afraid, surrounded by apart-hotels and houses with apartments for rent. The second is a very nice town with old streets and good beaches.

    Golden Sands

Golden Sands is a kind of no, but still the north. Therefore, a significant drawback is the cool sea already in mid-September. But if you are with a very young child who needs fresh air and sunbathing more, this is the right place for you. Another minus is the noise: there are a lot of young people, which means clubs and night discos. However, here you can also find quiet, family hotels (more details below).

Otherwise, everything is “sharpened” specifically for children: in cafes - children's menus (even if they are not available, you will be offered porridge for the baby), on the streets - a lot of entertainment, attractions and all kinds of trampolines, hotels and other establishments are equipped with ramps for strollers.

They also choose Golden Sands for low prices (almost half as low as in Sunny Beach) and good sandy beaches.

    Albena

The best resorts in Bulgaria, alas, are short in season. This also applies to the famous children's health resort - Albena resort. It is located further north of Golden Sands, and September can pass without swimming at all. Which, of course, is a shame, because. local beaches have been awarded the Blue Flag.

Albena is such a semi-closed city-hotel for families, surrounded by a nature reserve. Oxygen does not spoil cars here, driving them through the territory of the resort is simply prohibited! Everyone walks on foot or rides bicycles. And they don't make noise at night 🙂

Children have something to do: rides, equipped playgrounds, bicycle carts for rent, a water park. Most Albena hotels (from 3 * and above) offer an all-inclusive system. But Albena eateries are so praised for good cuisine and colorful interiors that it is a must to visit there.

What can you do? Entertainment

Plans for Bulgaria with children, but do not know which resort to choose so that it is not boring? Entertainment can be found anywhere, there would be a desire. But to save your time, we will write down in which direction it is worth looking.

Let's start with the hotels themselves. Large complexes have animation, children's rooms, and playgrounds. In simpler places of residence, all this is no longer found in full force and not always. And if there is, it can only be suitable for three-year-old kids.

All the fun in Bulgaria begins outside the hotel. There are fair rides, horseback riding, and other joys of childhood. And, of course, water parks:

  • "Aquamania" in Albena (for adults all day - € 18, children - € 8, those below a meter - free of charge)
  • "Aqua Paradise" in Nessebar (for an adult - €21.5, for a child - €10 or free of charge,
    if growth< 90 см)
  • "Action Aquapark" in Sunny Beach (for a parent - €19.5, for children - €9.5 or free of charge under the above conditions)
  • Aquapolis in Golden Sands (adult €18, children €9 or free)
  • Aquapark "Atlantida" in Elenite (free for hotel guests or €15 per person over 90 cm).

P.S. It’s not we who clumsily write about ticket categories by height, but the rules of water parks 🙂

With older children (who have outgrown diapers and already require bread and circuses), you can go on an excursion. But for one that will be of interest to him, so now we are not talking about ancient churches and architectural monuments.

1️⃣ For children, a trip to the Varna Dolphinarium is exciting (adult ticket to the show - €12.5, children from 2 to 12 years old - €10; swimming with a dolphin - €102).

2️⃣ On the way to Varna, you can also stop by the amusement park "Happy Land" (entrance for adults or children - € 12, up to 3 years - free of charge).

3️⃣ In Burgas, it is worth visiting the park along the sea - Seaside Park.

4️⃣ Someone will surely like the complex - the Palace and the Botanical Garden in Balchik - not far from Albena (adults will cost € 5, children - € 1, up to 7 years free; entrance to the garden - € 2.5 and € 0, 5 respectively).

Top 10 hotels in Bulgaria for families with children

Well, here we come to the most interesting: we choose the best hotels in Bulgaria for families with children.

  • Golden Sands

    1. 5* Melia Grand Hermitage- this is the first line, all inclusive and a large area (a kind of prototype of a Turkish hotel). Parents with small children will like it here - animation and a playroom are designed for kids up to 4-5 years old:
    2. 5* Marina Grand Beach- even suitable for relaxing with babies. Animation on the level, as well as food:
    3. 3* Gradina– that calm hotel in the hyper-noisy Golden Sands. Quite budgetary, with good food - you can take breakfast and full board. To the sea ≈10 minutes, but you have to walk along the beach, the entrance is not convenient everywhere:
    4. 4* Luna- a quiet hotel located on the first line, a special children's area in the pool. The main plus of the hotel is the variety of food in the restaurant:
    5. 4* Astera Hotel & Spa- located in the epicenter of the nightlife of the resort, but the big pluses are high-quality all-inclusive and an excellent beach:

Absolutely all beaches in Bulgaria are subject to the municipality, which, along with hotels, monitors their cleanliness. Umbrellas, sunbeds and use of the toilet on the beach paid. But no one will forbid sunbathing on your own towel or rug (though in a certain area). Which, in fact, many vacationers do.

Sunny Beach is a continuous sandy beach stretching for 8 km along the coast. The best in Bulgaria is the local beach of Irakli, located on the territory of the reserve. Sun lounger and umbrella: for €9.

Sozopol boasts several beaches at once. Sun lounger and umbrella: for €6.

      • Central - with a gentle entry into the water, but narrow
      • Harmani - a wide beach for families
      • Kavatsite (a suburb of Sozopol) is one of the most beautiful beaches in Bulgaria
      • Smokyne - no less picturesque, but without any civilization

Not far from Nessebar there is the beach "Olympic Hopes" with various attractions and catamarans for rent. Sun lounger and umbrella: for €6.

Golden Sands is a deeper sea for those who are older. With kids, it is worth relaxing here near the Riviera complex. Sun lounger and umbrella: for €10.

Albena is good in all respects! Cleanliness, civility, plenty of entertainment - all together this makes the perfect children's beach. Chaise lounge and umbrella, if not included in the price of the hotel: €5 and €7 respectively.

And finally, dear parents, a few tips.

When choosing hotels in Bulgaria for a holiday, study the reviews. It will help to avoid disappointment from the Soviet hotel heritage, which, unfortunately, is still found in Bulgaria.

Start your search with budget options - cheap hotels in Bulgaria, especially those listed in our selection, can be as good as five-star hotels.

Consider all the features of a holiday with children:

      • think over the menu (all or cafes in the neighborhood)
      • ask in advance if there is a store with children's goods nearby
      • be prepared that the kid will not be interested in animation, will refuse the nanny and will be with you 24 hours a day

If you are traveling with a very young child, it is better to plan a trip for June or September, when it is not hot.

If possible, try to find hotels near the sea - long trips to the beach can be tiring for children.

Gathered on vacation in Bulgaria with children? Do not know which resort and hotel to choose for families with children? What to bring? What should be in a child's first aid kit? Are you planning a flight to Bulgaria with a child or children? Is all inclusive good for families with children?

If you are concerned about all these questions, you are welcome in my review! I hope it will be useful to someone.

We all have a different attitude to planning a vacation and buying a ticket. Someone comes to a tour agency and points a finger at the picture they like, someone relies on the preferences and tastes of the agent in their choice, but there are people like me.

My daughter was supposed to go to nursery in the fall, for immunity this is a huge test, a test of strength. And at the beginning of summer, I woke up and decided that she, and it wouldn’t hurt me, in front of the garden, must be taken to the sea and healed, strengthened and dispelled. Due to the limited budget and the inaccessibility of the cheap and beloved Crimea, the choice was made in favor of Bulgaria. Naturally, we did not get an early booking and had to choose options from what was left. In 2016, due to political turmoil in the eastern directions and the general crisis, Bulgaria became very popular and was loaded to the max. Well, the prices were right!

Plan your holiday in Bulgaria in advance, if possible. You can save a huge amount of money by booking early!

In general, of course, to go to Bulgaria with a small child in high season need to be a little desperate!

The first thing parents who want to go there with their kids need to know is that there is a huge danger of contracting a very severe rotavirus infection!

Of course, no one says that you will definitely get sick with it, but forewarned is forearmed! And this is already half the success! Later, when we had already been there, we realized that the situation with rotavirus in the country is not surprising. The culture of tourists and the cleanliness of the beaches shocked us! Actually, I already wrote about how mothers take children to the beach locker rooms to relieve themselves.

We rested in Bulgaria in September, and then, I was very worried that the child would not catch this infection.

Choice of travel agency.

Before buying a tour in a particular travel agency, do not be lazy and read reviews about it!

Compare not only prices, check what exactly is included in the tour price! In various travel agencies, different services are included in the cost of the tour. For example, vouchers for the villa we chose were sold by 2 travel agencies. In one the price for the tour was lower than in the other. However, we would have to pay extra for insurance, tourist tax, visas cost 65 euros for an adult and 5 euros for a child, 5 euros for visa center services. In the second travel agency, in addition to the cost of the tour, we only paid the cost of visas 60 euros for adults, visas to Bulgaria are free for children, this travel agency does not go to the visa center, but does them directly at the embassy. No tourist fees, insurance is already included in the tour price.

Be sure to find out which company will accept you, read the reviews about the host!

It happens that in one travel agency the price for the same tours on the same conditions is different. We had exactly the same. It turned out that the difference is in the host. We took a cheaper tour, which we later regretted very much. Our host was TeddyKam. They simply forgot about us on the way to the airport and we almost missed our plane. I told about this story in a review of our villa. If you are in any doubt, it is better to overpay and rest easy.

This trip was the first and last with the participation of the tour operator. And if earlier I simply assumed that this option was not for us, now I am convinced of this. I used to plan the entire vacation from "a" to "z" myself, without relying on anyone.

I cannot entrust my life, health and a lot of money to someone just like that. Not finding anything among the offers of the travel agencies closest to the house that would satisfy me in terms of price-quality ratio, I set to work on my own. I shoveled the entire Internet, re-read a bunch of reviews and forums about various resorts and hotels, about the pitfalls of the all-inclusive system.

Going to a travel agency to buy a tour, I already clearly knew where exactly I want to go, what kind of villa I need and even in which insurance company to buy a medical policy, and which one is better to bypass far.

Insurance.

Our cost of the tour included insurance from "BelGosStrakh", however, we made additional insurance for the child in another insurance company, so in Bulgaria our "BelGosStrakh" enjoys special "respect and love". It is better if the insurance company has European or Russian roots.

We took out extended insurance for group "B" for our daughter. For us, the main difference was that the insurance covered repeated calls to the doctor during the management of the disease, or if the child suddenly falls ill again. It costs 2-3 euros more, and it calms the nerves completely.

It is better to issue insurance in euros, since the euro and dollar exchange rates differ significantly - the euro is decently more expensive. Therefore, insurance in euros will cover more costs.

Choice of destination and resort. Hotel, apartment complex or villa?

Tour operators offered me mostly huge hotels with very mediocre living conditions (a small room with battered furniture, plumbing and household appliances from the past), but a fairly high rating on booking, with a system "all inclusive" . The price of such an offer ranged from 1900 to 2200 euros for three. The higher the price, the better, as a rule, the food and the presence of other bonuses in the form of animation, more frequent change of linen and towels. At the same time, we still had to pay for visas.

First, a very small number of tourists leave reviews.

And the most important thing! NECESSARILY see how many days the tourists spent in the hotel , I was faced with the fact that a lot of highly rated reviews are written only after a person has spent a day in a hotel! Just a day! Roughly speaking, only spent the night there. It is reviews like these that make the rating of hotels!

If a different type of food is half board, or only breakfasts, or only dinners, the price was not much lower from 1600 to 1800 euros.

When they heard that we will eat ourselves offered huge apartment complexes . Here you can choose conditions for almost every taste and color. Photos of apartment complexes on the websites of all travel agencies are very attractive.

But! in this case, you should not hope that you will live in the exact room that you saw in the picture. As a rule, apartments in apartment complexes are sold to completely different people, they create something like a cooperative for serving tourists (cleaning, changing linen, maintaining the territory, maintaining the pool, something like reception, and so on). In fact, all apartments in the complex can be decorated and technically equipped in completely different ways. And if in the photo you lead a tastefully decorated room with new furniture and plumbing, good household appliances, this does not mean at all that the owner of the neighboring apartment tried in the same way.

Not a single travel agency offered me a villa! I don't know what it is connected with, probably with a much lower cost.

Which resort to choose?

Initially, we planned a trip for mid-August and considered several destinations for recreation:

Such resorts as Elenite and Albena, which are positioned mainly as children's, we immediately shoaled. For it is in such "children's" places that most often get sick with intestinal infections.

All this is purely my conclusions, made on the basis of a bunch of information read. I do not claim to be the ultimate truth and do not say that my opinion is absolutely correct.

In general, I chose a hotel for a very long time, I prepared thoroughly as always. But, as usual, good things come to an end quickly, and all the accommodation options we chose were rejected. Then my husband and I decided to postpone the trip to September, and in order to guess the weather as much as possible, we turned our attention to the southern coast of Bulgaria and chose the city of Sozopol.

Should I take "all inclusive"?

And now let's take a look at the "all inclusive" system and to whom such a ticket will be very useful, and to whom not.

Service in Bulgaria is very different from service in Turkey or Egypt, and not for the better. Here you should not expect the same benefits from "all".

As a rule, in Bulgaria, not everything is included in the so-called "all inclusive"! The cost of the tour, as a rule, includes only food and animation, if any. Since all beaches in Bulgaria are public, hotels do not have their own closed areas. The cost of the tour does not include the use of sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach (this is only available in Elenite). You need to pay for this separately. For SPA, baths, tennis courts, and other entertainment available at the hotel, you will also have to pay extra. Although I think there are still exceptions and a hotel with a real "all" is quite possible to find, the question is in the price.

Why didn't I choose the all inclusive option, despite the fact that we were traveling with a small child?

It was precisely because of the baby and the fear of infection that I did not want to go to such a place.

First and foremost: Bulgaria is famous for its worst rotaviruses.

Reading reviews and talking with friends, I concluded that it was mostly those who had a rest in large all-inclusive hotels that got sick. In the high season, hotel canteens do not think that in hotels, eating rooms are similar to restaurants and cannot cope with cleaning the premises, tables and HIGH-QUALITY dishwashing.

Besides, I don't think that cleaning of rooms in hotels happens with the change of cleaning equipment. Imagine that 100 hotel rooms, including yours, will be cleaned with the same rag, it’s good if the water is changed. It seems to me that it is easier for a cleaner to clean 20 rooms in a small villa than 100 rooms in a large one, and most likely, due to the small amount of work, she will do it better.

Since we were traveling with a small child, this aspect was very important for me. The vaccination given to my daughter at 4.5 months gave complications in the form of a convulsive syndrome, so we have a high risk of convulsions at high temperatures, I wrote about this story. That is why I was very afraid that she would get sick.

Secondly, I asked our friends about the prices for food in a cafe and concluded that for our family the price for "all inclusive" would be completely unjustified.

Our child, at the time of searching for a ticket, ate practically nothing from the common table. My daughter ate only cereals - rice, buckwheat and oatmeal, she refused meat and fish, she did not eat soups. Why should I pay for her food if she won't eat anyway? And where can I cook these cereals for her in a hotel with rooms without a kitchen?

We would not have been able to use snacks and a bar between the main meals, since at that time we would still be at sea. Well, do not run after them just for the sake of paying off the cost of the tour, so you can run the whole vacation between the sea and grub.

Power system "all inclusive" very ties to the hotel and time. Unfortunately, with a child, you never know how the day will turn out. And if, for example, the weather is good, the child cannot be taken away from the sea in any way, we could linger on the beach without fear that we would miss the serving of dishes and then nothing tolerable would be left for us.

In reviewsI read to almost every hotel that it is better to come early for feeding, because then nothing normal remains. Well, what kind of vacation is this, if all the time you need to worry about not being late for lunch? Or is it worth paying for all inclusive if you then eat what's left? This leads to the next disadvantage.

In almost all mid-range all-inclusive hotels, we simply did not have money for expensive hotels, although they do not disdain this, it works zero waste production system ! This is when they give pasta for breakfast, and pasta with gravy for lunch. Or, for example, in the morning there were sausages and sliced \u200b\u200bfrom their tasteless sausage, and in the afternoon, tadaam - hodgepodge. Fruits for breakfast, compote for lunch! Well, and so on, good housewives know how to cook another from one). You don't think they throw away these products, we have never seen garbage cans full of food.

In the high season, there is a terrible heat, the feeding time lasts from 2 to 4 hours, depending on the hotel. Do not forget that in the heat everything deteriorates quickly! The dishes are in the general availability in the open, a bunch of people are hustling past them! Except I'm too squeamish for that.

Bulgaria is a gastronomic country. And limiting yourself to hotel canteen food is somehow stupid!

To Bulgaria with a child. Which resort and hotel to choose? What to bring. Children's first aid kit. Flight with a child. Is all inclusive good?

When we arrived, I talked to a friend who was vacationing in Golden Sands with her family on an all-inclusive basis. She was surprised by the variety, quality, quality and beauty of serving dishes in the cafe. But even more she was surprised by the pleasant prices in cafes! By the way, when we arrived, we were also very surprised how expensive it is, compared to Sozopol, to go to restaurants and cafes in Minsk!

Holidays in Bulgaria with young children 2016. Which resort and hotel to choose for a holiday with children? What to bring. Children's first aid kit. Flight with a child. Is all inclusive good for families with children?

How can a child go to a cafe, you will be surprised! Just like all other tourists do! Bulgaria is considered a country of children's recreation and restaurateurs do their best to make tourists with children as comfortable as possible.

To Bulgaria with a child. Which resort and hotel to choose? What to bring. Children's first aid kit. Flight with a child. Is all inclusive good?

We have always seen a huge number of children in restaurants, and from different age categories: from birth to infinity. You can go to almost any cafe with a stroller, the aisles and the size of the tables allow it!

Everywhere there are high chairs for feeding. We had no problems with a two-year-old fidget! In addition, there is a cafe with children's corners - while parents are having fun at the table, children are jumping on a trampoline or riding a slide-swing-carousel!

The all inclusive system will be a lifesaver for families with children of 2 or more, over 3 years old and a good appetite. At this age, the child himself can decide what he wants, what he likes and what not. From the menu, it will be difficult for a child to choose a suitable dish for himself, visually it is much easier to do this. Plus, when going to a cafe, the main part of the expense will be drinks that cost decent money. Beer in Bulgarian cafes and restaurants is cheaper than water.

Also, when choosing, you should take into account your individual preferences and characteristics, if children are picky about food, then there is a real possibility that they will be constantly hungry. So, for example, at my girlfriend's, the children could not choose anything for themselves on the buffet and often interrupted the rest of the rest with some cookies and desserts.

Thirdly, in hotels of an average price category, the rooms leave much to be desired! As a rule, they do not have a large area and a certain crowding of pieces of furniture - you can’t clear up in general. These rooms are more likely to be for overnight stays only. I can't imagine how the three of us live in one small room. Especially with a small child who sleeps during the day. It turns out that during the daytime sleep the child will have to sit like mice. Yes, and at night you can’t really clear up! This accommodation option is suitable for people without children.

Well, the last: In large hotels, security is almost zero!

Some people think that large hotels have their own closed territory, which no one will enter and there will be no "strangers". However, our practice has shown that the larger the hotel or apartment complex, the easier it is to go there. No one controls the flow of incoming and outgoing in any way. As a rule, they have several inputs and outputs that are not controlled in any way. There, simply, no one knows or remembers anyone by sight. And frankly, the employees do not care who you are and where you are going. We ourselves have repeatedly completely freely entered both the territory of the hotels and the hotels themselves. Nobody paid any attention to us at all. In large resort areas, many hotels are also passing through their territory, and pools, including some, consider it their duty to plunge into the hotel pool on the way from the beach, hello rotavirus, many left tourists pass. We saw only one isolated hotel complex with magnetic locks at all entrances.

As for the villas, the security here is at a much higher level. The territory of the villas is not large and is always fenced. Repeatedly we met coded or magnetic locks on the entrance gates. The owners, as a rule, know their tourists, and it is almost impossible for a stranger to come here unnoticed.

It is for these reasons that we were looking for a small and comfortable villa. There are a lot of such villas in Sozopol. We chose a wonderful villa Time Out Villa Time Out 3 * (ex. Laguna) 3 * with excellent living conditions and subsequently did not regret our choice a bit!

There is one huge plus in the all-inclusive system: you don’t need to cook, and under any circumstances, you won’t die of hunger if you lose or waste all your money.

Luggage: stroller, potty, baby food

A very important point that interests any mother is what to take with you and in what quantities, especially if you have to travel by plane.

Belavia has a baggage limit per passenger - 20kg, you can familiarize yourself with the basic rules and baggage allowance.

In addition to the established allowance, each passenger is also allowed to transport the following things, which are necessary for him during the flight, free of charge, if they are with him and not included in the luggage:

  • baby food or baby items needed to care for a small child during the flight;
  • cell phone, camera, video camera, portable personal computer;
  • baby travel cradle or car seat for newborns, baby foldable stroller, stroller-cane or universal folding stroller-transformer;

A baby travel cradle, a baby car seat for newborns, a baby foldable stroller, a stroller-cane or a universal folding transforming stroller, as well as a stretcher, a wheelchair or other types of vehicles for the disabled or passengers with reduced mobility are marked with “DELIVERY AT” tags. AIRCRAFT" and are transported only in the baggage compartment of the aircraft. If necessary, these things remain at the disposal of the passenger until boarding the aircraft. Upon arrival at the destination or transit / transfer, they are issued at the aircraft ladder when passengers exit the aircraft

About clothes I will not paint. It all depends on the age of the child and his accuracy. We collected a bunch of clothes for our daughter, and in the end she didn’t even wear half of them. The only thing I advise you to take is a set of warm clothes. Pants and a warm jacket or hoodie. Evenings are very chilly. For example, a strong and cold wind blew for several days.

We took a bib for our daughter and problems with dirty clothes were minimal.

About the importance of PANAMA, I think it is unnecessary to write.

Holidays in Bulgaria with young children 2016. Which resort and hotel to choose for a holiday with children? What to bring. Children's first aid kit. Flight with a child. Is all inclusive good for families with children?

The most important topic is nutrition.

Of course, the best time to travel with a baby anywhere is infancy, when the baby eats only one type of food - mother's milk or formula. In this case, you don't have to sweat at all. It will be necessary just to calculate how much the child needs the mixture for the period of travel and, of course, do not forget about a small supply just in case.

I recommend taking maximum baby food with you, especially for toddlers! This applies to infant formula, cereals, canned food and, if possible, juices, because the local juices turned out to be rare.

Bulgaria is a European country and everything is there, but in resort areas, baby food is, firstly, expensive, and secondly, the choice is very poor. In Sozopol, from infant formulas, we saw only Hip and Friso, one at most two species, and it was not always available. Canned food was only Hip, a maximum of 5 types. Basically, these were multi-component dishes. A couple of times we bought juices there and they turned out to be, to put it mildly, disgusting quality.

If the baby is already eating from the common table, then you will not have problems either. Almost any cafe has a so-called children's menu, you can always ask the waiter to make the soup thinner or not so spicy. We have never had any problems in this regard.

Before the trip to Bulgaria, my daughter ate nothing at all except cereals and pasta. It was just a nightmare! That is why I took with me a pack of oatmeal, buckwheat and powdered milk. But 3-4 days after arrival, my daughter began to eat everything! And soups, and meat, and potatoes. Nevertheless, despite this, I did not regret taking food with me, since in the morning I still cooked porridge for her. Firstly, buckwheat is very expensive there, we ourselves ate it a couple of times for dinner with pleasure. Secondly, milk there also costs a lot, and at the same time it is exactly the same powder with huge shelf life. I have no doubts about the quality of our BelLaktovsky milk, and it was easier for me to use it. Powdered milk helped me out when we forgot to buy it in the store, and it was too lazy to go for it, or the shops were not open in the morning.

Diapers.

At the time of the trip, our child did without diapers during the day. We only used them for sleeping. So I took diapers with me. We needed 28 diapers for 14 days, plus I put 5 more in reserve just in case. The diapers fit perfectly at the bottom of the suitcase between the rails of the retractable handle and took up a minimum amount of space.

If the child is at an age when diapers are constantly used, then be prepared, firstly, for more expenses, and secondly, if the child is selective in this regard, you will have to run around and look for diapers familiar to him. Perhaps in such resorts as Sunny Beach and Nessebar there will be fewer problems, but in Sozopol the choice was very poor, and the prices were not encouraging.

Stroller.

Do you hesitate to take a stroller with you? There is nothing to think about! Of course take!

Do you think that the stroller will create additional inconvenience for you and unnecessarily occupy your hands?

You can’t even imagine how she will free them, facilitate your flight, shopping, excursions and walks! I can't imagine what we would do without a stroller!

Firstly, the stroller limits the field of activity for the child. This helped us especially at the airport, in shopping centers and other stores. It is convenient to have it with you if you plan to attend any excursions.

Benefits of having a stroller on vacation:

These are just a few of the positives!

We did not go to the beach with a stroller. It was very useful to us when we went to Burgas for shopping, went on a sightseeing walk to the old Sozopol, and just for long walks in the evenings.

Pot.

This is a very important topic. All parents, the first time they leave home for a long time, wonder about the journey of the potty!

If your child is tied right to your potty , and you see that without it your child will not be sweet even at sea, then of course take it!

But, if the child can go to any other potty, then this is not at all necessary. In all major resort cities, and just resorts, there are hardware stores where you can buy a simple pot and not drag it from home for 3000 km. In addition, you can ask your hotel about the availability of such a device. Many tourists buy pots and do not take them home. So, it is quite possible that the pot will be provided to you, and even completely free of charge. It all depends on the degree of your disgust.

We have repeatedly observed families with children on the beach, where the youngest child walked briskly towards the beach, and the eldest, in the same way, cheerfully carried a pot behind him, naturally empty.

We didn't have any problems with the pot. A couple of months before the trip, I bought a toilet rim cover for home and gradually taught my daughter to use this simple device. And yet, due to some circumstances, on the eve of the trip, my child was dragged around shopping centers, and accustomed to going to a public toilet. On this trip, we managed this very overlay. True, I couldn’t pack it compactly in a suitcase, so I took it in a bag on the plane, and before the plane she was in our stroller, she went there after arrival

Toys

On various forums and YouTube, many recommended taking a lot of toys with you. But it all depends on age. If your child is still very young, and he is not particularly interested in what is happening around, perhaps they will come in handy for you. Our daughter was 2 years 3 months old at the time of the trip and she was more worried about what was happening around. During the flight (I will return to it in more detail), no persuasion to pay attention to the toys had any effect on her.

To Bulgaria with a child. Which resort and hotel to choose? What to bring. Children's first aid kit. Flight with a child. Is all inclusive good?

I didn't stuff my suitcases with toys. We took all the toys (and there were exactly 3 of them) in hand luggage and they calmly spent the entire flight in a bag. Up to 6-8 months old, on neighboring chairs, the little ones entertained themselves with various singing and squeaking books and toys from which, by the end of the flight, the heads of the rest of the passengers exploded.

We bought all toys for playing in the sand on the spot. There they are not expensive, but the child is happy! On every corner there were machines that gave out plastic eggs with funny toys inside for a lion or 2. In order not to leave all this children's wealth in Bulgaria on the way back, do not drag heaps of toys with you from home and do not fill your suitcases with them. One way or another, but still, the purchase of such trifles for a child will not bypass you.

Of course, if the children are already adults and their surroundings are no longer particularly concerned, and the view of the sea and the beach does not cause great enthusiasm, then it is better to take care of children's leisure before traveling. Cards, books, board games, tablet and phone to help you.

Children's first aid kit, and not only children's.

That's exactly what it takes to take care not only of children's essentials, but also of adults. For example, I was so worried about my daughter’s medicines that I didn’t even think about adults.

This is the bare minimum. All other drugs can be bought at a pharmacy, as needed, or they will be provided by a doctor or paid for by an insurance company.

If you feel calmer and more confident with a full first-aid kit and do not want to rely on anyone, perhaps take with you:

  • some light over-the-counter broad-spectrum antibiotic - azithromycin, amoxicillin (I took Flemoxin-salyutab), etc.
  • cold powders like Theraflu.
  • an antiviral drug that can be stored without refrigeration.

There is no point in taking a huge amount of medicines with you. If something serious happens to you, God forbid, you will still contact a specialist. And scratches, indigestion and headaches can be dealt with with a minimal set of medicines.

If you are on a regular basis taking any heavy drugs of strict accountability and limited release, take care of a medical certificate or other document stating that these drugs are vital for you. And in case of questions at customs, you did not have any problems with the transportation of these drugs, as well as with the ability to take them on board the aircraft, do not forget about the restrictions on the transport of liquids on board and that luggage can be lost.

For those who fly with a child for the first time, FLIGHT is the main fear and horror of the whole trip. And for those who, in principle, fly for the first time, even worse.

The airport.

You need to be at the airport 2 hours before departure, and I do not advise you to neglect this rule! And if you want to calmly walk around the duty free and even buy something there, you need to come even earlier! Do not forget, you are with a child and you will not be able to do it quickly. The faster you go through registration, customs and passport control, the more free time you will have. We did not know this and were not particularly in a hurry. As a result, they ran through the dutik, as they were already looking for us on the speakerphone.

I don’t know how it is on Russian airlines, but Belavia does not feed passengers on flights to Bulgaria! Only sweets for motion sickness, tea, coffee, water and dark chocolate. Therefore, be sure to take something to eat and drink with you for the child and for yourself too. There is nothing decent and significant in our Minsk airport, except for prices.

For those who fly for the first time, the procedure at the airport:

Departure

  • First, they check in for the flight and check in their suitcases. Suitcases can be wrapped in foil at the airport. In Minsk, this service costs about $ 5 per suitcase, the wrapping was very thin. We wrapped our suitcases with foil at home.
  • Then they go through customs control with hand luggage - those things that you take with you on board (into the cabin) of the aircraft.
  • Third stage: passport control. Here you may be asked for birth certificates of children and powers of attorney for their export abroad from their parents (in the event that the child flies with only one of the parents, or without them at all).
  • Then you go to the waiting room, where you will need to find your entrance on board.

Upon arrival, the opposite is true: first passport control, then baggage claim, then customs control.

Minsk-Burgas

We arrived at the airport 2 hours before departure. It was easy enough to navigate. We calmly found our check-in desk and calmly went through this procedure, checked in our luggage. At a nearby counter, young people were seen repacking their suitcases on the airport floor. Do not overload your luggage!

Customs control went worse. If the queue for registration was arranged with dividing tapes, which at least somehow reduced the density and stretched the queue, then at customs everyone stood in one big queue and pushed each other by the sides (that's the kind of people we have).

At the airport, the stroller helped us a lot. The child did not run around the hall, he did not have to constantly look for and pull him up. In the "trunk" of the stroller, we had a toilet pad wrapped in a bag, a liter bottle of mineral water and a bottle with a dispenser with water for the child. When passing through customs control, we took everything out of the stroller into a special tray, examined the stroller, felt it, then asked us to fold it and put down the tape of the apparatus for translucent luggage. They didn't make any remarks about the water, they didn't take the water away.

Passport control passed quickly, calmly and civilly without haste and hustle, as at customs.

After going through passport control, we went to the waiting room. It is impossible to return back after the passport. Don't forget and don't lose your things!

As soon as we went through passport control, my daughter began to insistently ask for food. In the waiting room, a wonderful view of the planes opened before us, and we settled down at the window to have a bite to eat and stare. Yes, they got so carried away that they began to look for us on the speakerphone. So we do everything quickly.

Then we were taken by bus to the gangway of the plane. Take the kids blouses, and windbreakers are better. It is very windy on the field where the planes are parked, and even in hot weather you can get sick! At the gangway, we freed the stroller from the child and other things and gave it to the loader.

If the stroller has any removable parts, it is better to remove them and take them with you. On this flight, we lost the padded shoulder pads.

When we arrived in Burgas, we were taken by bus to the terminal building, where we first went through passport control, then customs (it didn’t exist like that). We then proceeded to the baggage claim area. Since the stroller was not returned at the gangway, I had to run after my daughter around the entire passport control hall and catch her among hundreds of passengers. It was a nightmare!

I really regretted not labeling our suitcases. It was difficult to find your black suitcases, wrapped in kilometers of film, among hundreds of the same ones! Tag suitcases with bright ribbons or tags. Baby strollers also left on the tape. The baggage claim tapes are labeled with flight numbers.

To Bulgaria with a child. Which resort and hotel to choose? What to bring. Children's first aid kit. Flight with a child. Is all inclusive good?

There is free internet at Burgas Airport. You just need to turn on Wi-Fi on your phone and that's it, no dancing with tambourines! I immediately informed my family that we had arrived.

In the baggage claim hall there is an exchange office where you can change the currency, the exchange rate is acceptable, as well as a point of sale for the Telenor mobile operator. We bought a SIM card (an agreement is being drawn up, you will need to present your passport). All this time, the baby sat in the stroller and stared at the fuss around. Again, the stroller helped us a lot, the child was with us all the time, did not distract our attention, I was not afraid that my daughter would get lost. Then we went to the waiting room where there were a bunch of racks with the names of travel agencies. We found our desk, we were assigned to the car and taken to the villa.

Burgas-Minsk

Since our meeting party took only our suitcases to the airport, and forgot us, we spent at least 10 minutes at Burgas airport - this is from check-in to boarding.

The whole procedure is the same as for departure, only in reverse order. We passed registration, customs and passport control in 7 minutes.

Oversized luggage (we had 2 huge umbrellas) is rented separately.

Customs control in Burgas is somewhat different from customs control in Minsk. In Burgas, we were asked to sort our hand luggage and put food for the child in different trays (this also includes water intended for the child), water (surplus liquids were confiscated), electronics, metal objects and other things. The stroller was examined and put on the tape. Then we went through passport control. And then they ran to look for a way out to the plane. At the finish line (at the exit to the airfield to the bus) a support group was waiting for us in the form of 3 airport workers who cheered us up and hurried us with gestures. It felt like we were passing the most important 100m in our lives.

Holidays in Bulgaria with young children 2016. Which resort and hotel to choose for a holiday with children? What to bring. Children's first aid kit. Flight with a child. Is all inclusive good for families with children?

On the way back, we wrapped the suitcases with a film that we carried with us. And I didn’t regret a bit that we took a roll of film with us!

Firstly, in Burgas this pleasure costs 5 euros. Secondly, in such a hurry, we simply would not have had time to roll them up at the airport. Thirdly, in Minsk, I saw someone's things traveling in separate trays on the baggage claim belt - a terrible picture! At that moment, I was very glad that we had taken care of the film for the suitcases in advance. Fourthly, we simply did not find film for sale in Sozopol.

Upon arrival in Minsk, baby carriages were given out at the gangway. In Minsk, we waited for luggage for a very long time - about 30 minutes. Oversized was taken out only an hour later!

After receiving the luggage, we went through customs control. There was no customs control as such, the customs officer simply asked what and in what quantities we were transporting. And that's it!

Flying with a child

Actually, it's not as scary as everyone thinks! The flight lasts a total of approximately 1 hour. 35min - 1h 40min.

Children under 2 years old fly free of charge in the arms of their parents and they are not provided with a seat, or you can buy it at your request. Children over 2 years old fly in their own seat.

Holidays in Bulgaria with young children 2016. Which resort and hotel to choose for a holiday with children? What to bring. Children's first aid kit. Flight with a child. Is all inclusive good for families with children?

In a flight, the worst thing is takeoff and landing, they last from about 20 to 30 minutes, as you're lucky. When the altitude changes sharply, the pressure also changes sharply, the ears of the passengers of the aircraft are blocked. This is the worst thing on an airplane, where there are a lot of children! For everyone starts yelling wildly in unison! It’s still possible to give a baby a bottle or a breast, and it’s very difficult for children at the age of one and a half to two years to explain why they need to swallow, drink or chew, especially when their ears already hurt a lot! These 30 minutes of wild ora should just be experienced, and pray that you are lucky with the weather and the crew.

All passengers must wear seat belts during takeoff and landing, including children. Stewarts fasten babies to their mothers with special belts, children from two years old are fastened with a regular belt in their chair, or, if desired, a child can be fastened to a parent.

Holidays in Bulgaria with young children 2016. Which resort and hotel to choose for a holiday with children? What to bring. Children's first aid kit. Flight with a child. Is all inclusive good for families with children?

For our child, being strapped in was a terrible torture. She was writhing all over and tearing herself out of the belt, and no amount of persuasion and attempts to distract her helped.

When flying to Burgas, the plane was half empty, there were few children. The take-off in Minsk was tolerable without screams, the little one was fastened to her husband and she calmly endured the take-off.

Holidays in Bulgaria with young children 2016. Which resort and hotel to choose for a holiday with children? What to bring. Children's first aid kit. Flight with a child. Is all inclusive good for families with children?

The flight was relatively calm and tolerable. Almost immediately after they were allowed to unfasten the belts, the stewards began to distribute tea and coffee. There is very little free time left, about 20-30 minutes. It was interesting for the small one to look out the window. In an unfamiliar and new environment, the child behaved with restraint and calmness.

Landing in Burgas dragged on, the child went crazy from the pain in his ears - no persuasion to drink or eat helped. The daughter howled and rang from discomfort all 20 minutes of the descent and until the moment when she was unfastened.

To Bulgaria with a child. Which resort and hotel to choose? What to bring. Children's first aid kit. Flight with a child. Is all inclusive good?

But the flight from Burgas to Minsk was just awful. The plane was filled to the limit, there were a lot of children. Up to 4 babies per row. Takeoff and landing took up to 30-35 minutes. All the children screamed terribly. It was just a nightmare! At first they yelled in unison during takeoff, then all the time the flight in the plane was a constant noise-squeak-squeal from musical toys. When landing, the children screamed even louder than when taking off. In Minsk, we were served a ladder for another 15 minutes. In general, it's just a nightmare! Before the flight, it is better to take a sedative, both for children and parents, to gather courage and wait out this nightmare. Fortunately, the strollers were given at the gangway.

Despite the fact that the child is an adult and goes to the toilet on his own, I played it safe and put the baby in a diaper on the days of the transfer just in case. The toilet on the plane is very compact, but if you want to go there with a child, it will not be difficult. We, fortunately, did not need a toilet during the flight, we managed to do everything at the airport.

In general, the flight is short, there is not much free time and it will not be difficult to take the baby. The worst takeoff and landing.

And now about Bulgaria itself and why we will not go there again.

The country itself and its nature did not impress me or my husband. Perhaps this is because we were there at the end of summer and, as such, did not find beautiful nature, but in Sevastopol we always rested in early September. Crimean nature we liked nature more. The sea and beaches of Sozopol left an indelible and nightmarish impression. In general, it remains unclear to me why people are so eager to come here, and even pay such money! For ourselves, we made an unambiguous conclusion that Bulgaria is absolutely not worth the money.

The review was huge and a little chaotic. Thank you for mastering this opus! I hope it will be useful to you.

Hotels in Bulgaria

Many Bulgarian hotels have switched to the All Inclusive system. This is true for vacationers. The Bulgarian service has surpassed Turkish and Egyptian analogues in that it provides full-fledged high-quality baby food. Parents on vacation are freed from the care of how to feed their beloved baby. The buffet in Bulgaria provides a wide selection of dishes for every taste, and among non-alcoholic drinks, real natural juices dominate, and not their powdered substitutes. As before, Bulgarian hotels continue to offer tourists either breakfast only, or half board, or full board. This is convenient for those who do not want to “tie” themselves to the hotel with food. You can eat here everywhere and cheaply. Cafes, taverns, seafood restaurants are found at every step. Advantages of holidays in Bulgaria

Water amusement parks are open along the entire Black Sea coast of Bulgaria in the immediate vicinity of the resorts. These are modern complexes equipped according to European standards: Action (Sunny Beach), AquaParadise (Nessebar), AquaPlanet (Primorsko), Aqualand (Plovdiv), Waterland (Kazanlak), AquaPolis (Golden Sands). You can spend a summer family vacation in one of the resorts in Bulgaria with health benefits. Many resorts are located on the territory of natural parks and national reserves. Clean forest air combined with ionized sea air creates a healthy atmosphere. It's easy to breathe here. In the immediate vicinity of the resorts there are mineral springs, the waters of which are supplied directly to the coast through special collectors. Vacationers can alternate swimming in the sea with rinsing with mineral waters.

Spas and clinics offering wellness programs for children and adults are open to guests. The distance between the Black Sea resorts is small. There is a regular bus service between the cities. Using public transport to save money, you can move from resort to resort in search of new entertainment or to visit ancient cities located on the coast. In Bulgaria, you can spend your holidays in comfort. The choice of location depends on personal wishes and the state of the wallet. But when traveling with children, you can not go wrong. For a good rest with the whole family, entire tourist centers have been built in the country. All of them pursue one common goal - to organize everything so that the pastime of tourists is saturated, and they want to return to Bulgaria again and again!

Popular resorts in Bulgaria

Albena

The Bulgarian Black Sea resort of Albena is fully designed for families with children. It is endowed with unique natural landscapes and has a modern developed tourist infrastructure. The coast of Albena is so vast that it seems endless. The cleanest sea, sandy beaches are marked with the Blue Flag. The entry into the sea is gentle, which is convenient for relaxing even with the smallest children. Albena is a real children's world of relaxation. Along the entire coast, children's playgrounds are presented in large numbers and variety, equipped with inflatable slides, water attractions, arranged right on the sea surface. Entertainment programs are organized and conducted, in which both children and their parents take part.

A cheerful train runs around the resort, on which you can make a trip along the entire coast of Albena. Fans of active sports recreation most often use the bike rental service. So, the whole family has the opportunity to independently ride around the city and along the sea along specially equipped bike paths. The resort is adjacent to the natural reserve "Baltana". It is visited by literally all vacationers. The greatest pleasure is a boat trip through the liana forest. Children here especially like the cascading waterfalls. They love to splash in their waters. The main route of boat trips passes in the area of Cape Kaliakra, where dolphins are found. Good-natured marine animals escort yachts with tourists. Meeting them brings true joy to children.

Beach holidays in Albena can be diversified with cultural and historical programs by visiting the nearby ancient town of Balchik, the ancient monastery of Arat-Teke, the botanical garden with the unusual palace of Queen Mary. Such trips broaden children's horizons, and bring spiritual satisfaction to adults. The resort has no shortcomings in the service and facilities for families. To all the above pluses, you can add one more. Albena is also a balneological resort. Here, not only the infrastructure is fully focused on recreation with children, but also the health programs of local clinics are designed for both adults and children. Balneocenters have developed and carry out special procedures for children suffering from cerebral palsy, curvature of the spine, and weak immunity. Programs are based on the use of mineral waters, herbal infusions, firth mud.

The resort center is larger than Golden Sands, but not inferior to it in terms of noise. Sunny Beach is especially popular among European youth, who relax 100%. There are more than a hundred bars, clubs, discos at the disposal of party-goers. Their rest time is evening and night. Many of them return to hotel rooms only in the morning. In the morning and afternoon hours, life in the city proceeds quietly and calmly. The mass concentration of tourists is observed mainly on the beach, where all kinds of entertainment are offered for recreation.

Sunny Beach, despite the noisy environment that reigns in the resort, attracts tourists with children, because the complex is the water park "Action". It is the largest in Bulgaria. Many vacationers leave the resort of Sunny Beach to explore the ancient town of Nessebar. Easy to walk and walk. The distance between them is about two kilometers. Nessebar is known throughout the world for its antiquity and unique original culture. In recent years, the city has been attracting tourists not only to get acquainted with its history, but also with the modern AquaParadise water park.

Overview

A good place to stay with children is Obzor. Unlike the previously described resorts, a quiet, calm atmosphere prevails here. The nature of the resort is charming. The Stara Planina mountain range descends directly to the sea, the ridges of which are covered with coniferous forests. The air is crystal clear. The sea is shallow. A narrow strip of sandy beach. It is in this area that the children's health complex "Obzor" was built. It operates as a camp, but families can send their children there during the daytime. At the center, all children are under the supervision of experienced educators. They work out all day long. Children themselves enjoy socializing with new friends.

Bulgaria attracts tourists from Russia for several reasons at once: the relatively low cost of accommodation and meals, the absence of a language barrier, the ability to choose between a hotel and apartments. If the trip is planned with children, the distance of the flight and the absence of a sharp change in climate are of no small importance. In fact, with a child, and at the same time enjoy the vacation yourself, we will try to figure it out.

What is special about traveling with children

Probably one of the most important moments when looking for a vacation spot with a child is the opportunity to fully relax. In this case, the presence of conditions for comfortable sleep, including during the daytime, is implied. That is, noisy resorts with night discos are an option that is far from optimal. Often, when asking where it is better to relax in Bulgaria with a child, and what are the only ones, you can hear two names: Golden Sands and Sunny Beach. Yes, these are the most promoted resorts in the country, but for families with children, the options are rather dubious for the reason already mentioned above.

It is also worth noting that you want to spend your vacation closer to nature, but at the same time in the most comfortable living conditions. Therefore, the second important point is the availability of the necessary infrastructure, ranging from shops where you can buy what is necessary for the child, and ending with the possibility of obtaining medical care if it is needed.

And the third important factor is the organization of leisure activities that are interesting for both children and adults. Therefore, the ideal choice for a holiday with children is a place that combines all of the above.

Well, an additional plus, if you think about where it is better to relax in Bulgaria with a child, especially a small one, there will be the possibility of self-cooking food for the baby. This, however, is nothing complicated: on all coasts of the country there are a sufficient number of apart-hotels and hotels offering rooms of this type.

with child

Conventionally, Bulgaria is divided into northern and southern. The northern one is known primarily for its Golden Sands resort mentioned above. But from the point of view of where it is better to relax in Bulgaria with a child, this option cannot be considered the best. In search of a quiet and calm, with beaches that are not filled to capacity, a place to stay, located, however, not far from civilization, it makes sense to turn your attention to the southern coast of the country. In this part, many young resorts have appeared, located not far from Sunny Beach, but allowing you to organize a quality holiday. I would like to dwell on some of them in more detail.

The actively developing city of St. Vlas is located just a few kilometers north of the already mentioned Sunny Beach. It is notable for the fact that most of the resort's hotels were built after 2000 and meet modern requirements. The central beach received for its cleanliness. In addition, it will not be tiresome to visit Burgas (the distance to it is less than 50 kilometers, the airport is also located there), where you can find something interesting for yourself and for your child.

Lovers of secluded relaxation will like a place called Elenite. The resort is located next to St. Vlas. Distances are ridiculous, so solitude will not be equated with isolation from the outside world.

A little south of Sunny Beach is Nessebar. The city will be of interest to those who are fond of history. Walking along it will be a real pleasure. At the same time, short distances allow you to diversify your vacation by visiting nearby cities and villages.

Behind Nessebar, if you look in the direction from north to south, there is Ravda - a resort village that has everything you need for a great holiday.

When thinking about where it is better to relax in Bulgaria, it is worth considering the resort of Pomorie, which is located halfway from Sunny Beach to Burgas, as well as Sozopol, located to the south. Well, for those who are used to relaxing luxuriously, it makes sense to turn their attention to the Dunes. As you can see, Bulgaria has something to offer even the most demanding vacationers.
