Together with the owner of the Molon Lave restaurant Alexei Karolidis, we have prepared breakfast options in which everything seems to be simple, but by no means shabby.

(omelet with tomatoes and feta cheese)

Ingredients (for 1 serving)

Tomatoes - 50 g
Eggs - 3 pcs.
Milk 200 g

How to cook

Beat the eggs in milk, cut the tomatoes into 1 cm cubes. Pour the egg-milk mixture into a hot frying pan with a metal handle, season with salt. Pour tomatoes into half of the pan. (fried eggs with bacon and green beans)


The main thing here is metal forms, rings into which you pour the eggs into the pan so that they do not spread. Conduct reconnaissance the day before, maybe your wife has such and is waiting in the wings. Well, then it's a matter of technology: bacon, green beans are an excellent and healthy combination, by the way. A sprig of tomatoes can be baked in the oven on a baking sheet, do not forget to only spread parchment paper, because you can still wash it later.

Ingredients (for 1 serving)

Eggs - 2 pcs.
String green beans - 30 g
Pork belly - 150 g
Cherry tomatoes - 2 pcs.
Salt - 1 g

How to cook

Fry two or three thin slices of pork belly in a pan or grill, sprinkle with spices. On another heated frying pan, break the eggs into molds, add salt. In a frying pan after the brisket, fry the green beans in butter. Put everything on a plate as in the photo, garnish with cherry tomatoes.

How to cook

Prepared Greek yogurt - 170 g
Honey - 30 g

How to cook

Preparation:

When buying, choose the longest sausages, it is more convenient to work with them. We cut the sausages strictly in half, not completely. Gently bend the halves in the shape of a heart and fasten them with toothpicks.

Grease the pan with a paper napkin. Heat over high heat. We put the prepared sausages. Fry a little.

Gently pour an egg into the middle of each heart. Reduce the heat to low, cover the pan with a lid and cook until the eggs are whitened.

With a spatula, remove the sausages with an egg, put them on a cutting board, carefully cut off the leaked protein and place the hearts on a beautiful plate.

We make flower pistils from carrots. Cut off the rectangular pieces and round them off with a knife. You can take both boiled and raw carrots.

Roll the cheese plates into envelopes. Put lettuce leaves on a plate. Place the rolled cheese on them. We insert carrots into the middle of the envelopes, turning them into flowers - calla (calla). We make flower stems from stalks of parsley, dill or green onion feathers.
