  4. Divide the dough into 3 parts.
  5. Roll out the first part and transfer it to the pan, turning the sides slightly.
  6. Place the nut filling on the dough.
  7. Cover the top with another layer of dough.
  8. The remaining dough can be cut into 1 cm wide ribbons and placed in a lattice on top of the cake.
  9. Separate the yolk, mix it with honey and brush the resulting mixture on top of the cake. 10. Bake in the oven for 1 hour at 175˚ C. Sprinkle powdered sugar and nuts on top.

Classic walnut pie: recipe with photos

To prepare it, sift 200 g of flour into a separate deep container. Peel walnuts (200 g) and leave only the kernels. They need to be crushed into crumbs. You can use a blender for this. If you don’t have one, a rolling pin for dough will do, with which you first need to break large kernels and then roll them into crumbs or simply break them into smaller pieces.

Add 10 g of baking powder to the flour, about 1-2 tsp. vanilla sugar and a small pinch of salt. Mix the dry mixture well. And leave for 15 minutes so that the flour is saturated with oxygen. Meanwhile, melt 150 g of butter in a water bath, add the same amount of sugar to it. Mix well. Add chopped nuts to the butter and sugar and mix well.

Then gradually add the dry mixture of flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar and salt. Stir constantly. Add two egg yolks to the dough. Don’t rush to throw away the whites. You will still need them.

Now beat the whites until fluffy and thick foam. Transfer the dough into the same container. Knead it well. Cover the dough with cling film and let it rest. Don’t waste time and turn on the oven at 180 degrees and let it heat up for about 10 minutes.

Walnut pie is best baked in a silicone mold, which should preferably be greased with margarine or butter. Then spread the dough evenly into it and bake in the oven for about 35 minutes.

After the time has passed, check for doneness using a wooden stick (match or toothpick). Pierce the pie with a wooden stick. If there is dough left on it, it means the dessert is not ready yet. When the stick remains completely dry, then the pie can be removed from the oven.

Add apples

You can add a variety of ingredients to walnut pie. It's the perfect combination if you add apples. To cook with walnuts, you need to sift 100 g of flour into a dry container, add a small pinch of salt, a little baking powder, 125 g of milk and 2 eggs. Mix the ingredients well. If desired, you can add a little ground cinnamon. It emphasizes the elegance and unusualness of the dish.

The dough should be liquid and without lumps. Cover it with a clean towel or cling film. Let it rest for no more than 15 minutes. Meanwhile, you need to peel and cut 4 small apples. Remove the core and cut as desired. The nuts also need to be peeled and crushed into crumbs using a blender or rolling pin.

Baking apple pie

Turn the oven on 180 degrees. While it's heating, take a silicone baking pan. If you don't have it, don't worry. You can take a regular frying pan without a handle. Line it with parchment paper and pour the dough into it. Place apples on top. Sprinkle walnuts and a little cinnamon over the fruit. Now you can put the filled form in the oven.

The apple walnut pie needs to bake for at least 30 minutes. It all depends on the oven model.

Pie with carrots and walnuts

Baking carrot cake

Meanwhile, turn the oven to 180 degrees to heat thoroughly. Next, grease a baking sheet or other pie pan. If you don't have butter or margarine, you can add a little vegetable oil. You can also line the pan with parchment paper. There is no need to lubricate it.

Pour the prepared dough into the baking dish and bake. As you remember, carrots are raw. Therefore, it should be baked in the dough for at least 50 minutes.

After this time, check with the walnuts for doneness. This can be done using a toothpick, a match and another wooden stick. Pierce them into the dough. If the stick remains dry, then the dessert is ready.

The recipe for pie with walnuts is very easy. However, there are several cooking secrets that every housewife should know. If you like nuts, then you can not make crumbs out of them, but add broken kernels. Then you will feel this unforgettable, original and refined taste even more.

1. Ingredients for 24 slices:

Sugar – 50 gr.
Eggs – 2 pcs.
Walnuts – 40 gr.
Rusks – 1 tbsp. spoon.
Coffee - 1 tbsp. spoon.

Vanilla sugar or vanilla – 1 sachet.


2. Pour crushed cookies and crackers into a bowl. You can grind it in any way you like until it becomes a uniform crumb, as in the picture.

4. Add coffee and a little vanilla to the same mass. Coffee and vanilla, when added, emit such aromas that the mood is lifted and the energy of life is added, at least that’s what happens to me.


5. In another bowl, lightly beat the yolks with sugar. Oh, how I loved whipped yolks with sugar as a child. Words cannot describe it.


6. Combine dry products with beaten eggs and mix thoroughly until you get this mass. Half the job is done. We are reaching the finish line.


7. In a separate bowl, beat the whites. If you have a blender, the process is simple and even enjoyable. It's good that I have a blender.


8. Add the whipped whites to the main mass and mix with a spatula. Carefully, carefully and at the same time neatly. I don’t like it when things are done sloppily, it just annoys me.


9. Place the dough into the molds. And bake in the oven for about 20 minutes. At the same time, preheat it. Bake the slice at 180°C. By the way, twenty minutes while our nut slices are in the oven is quite enough for cosmetic procedures. Otherwise, we are used to saying that we don’t have time.


10. Sprinkle some of the finished cookies with vanilla sugar or powdered sugar. If you use powdered sugar, you can use a small strainer with a handle. It’s very convenient and the sprinkling is even.

9. Send the dough into the mold, which we definitely grease.

10. Bake for about 40 minutes at 180. After cooling, sprinkle the pie with powder. Or cut into several cake layers and spread with cream.

Recipe 2: Lenten pie with walnuts and raisins

A version of Lenten pie with walnuts, which also requires raisins. The grapes can be soaked and dried in advance to make the filling juicier.

Ingredients

0.1 kg sugar;

0.1 kg raisins;

0.1 liters of oil grows;

Vinegar, soda;

0.2 kg of nuts;

450 grams of flour;

220 grams of orange juice;

A little cinnamon.

Preparation

1. Chop the nuts into pieces and fry them if desired.

2. We sort out the raisins, you can soak them, as mentioned just above.

3. Combine butter and sugar and stir.

4. Add orange juice and a pinch of salt to them. You can take the juice of tangerines, pineapple or apples, it also turns out well.

6. All that remains is to add a teaspoon of soda slaked in acid and stir everything well.

7. Grease the mold with vegetable oil and sprinkle with flour.

8. Pour in the nut dough and set to bake. This cake will take about half an hour, it all depends on the thickness of the layer. Temperature 180.

3. Chop the nuts into pieces of any size and mix with the whites. Carefully pour into the egg whites and stir.

4. Remove the chilled but not frozen dough from the freezer. We pinch off a third.

5. Roll out a large piece of cake, place it in a mold with sides, and make a plate.

6. Spread the protein filling with nuts.

7. Cover with a thin flatbread of the remaining dough, the edges should match.

8. The nut pie is baked for about half an hour, we go by the ruddy color. We do not use temperatures above 180 degrees.

Recipe 4: Quick pie with walnuts and poppy seeds

A version of a very light and simple pie made from sponge dough. In addition to nuts, ordinary poppy is also added to it.

Ingredients

0.15 kg flour;

0.16 kg sugar;

70 grams of nuts;

30 grams of poppy seeds;

1 tsp. ripper if desired.

Preparation

1. Immediately throw the nuts into the pan and fry for a couple of minutes. Cool, place on a table or board, roll with a rolling pin several times to reduce the size of the pieces. We leave it to wait in the wings.

2. Break the eggs and simply beat with a mixer for a couple of minutes, then add sugar. Beat everything together until fluffy.

3. Combine flour with poppy seeds, add crushed nuts. To make the cake more fluffy and prevent it from falling, you can add baking powder.

4. Transfer the dough into any mold, preferably greased.

5. Bake the nut pie for half an hour. Place in the oven at 190 degrees, then reduce to 170.

Recipe 5: Pie with walnuts and apples

Recipe for yeast pie with walnuts and fresh apples. The dough can be prepared this way, but it is not necessary. If you have your own proven and favorite recipe, then use it.

1. Add 70 ml of hot water to the milk so that the liquid becomes warm. We breed yeast.

2. After 10 minutes, add sugar, add a little salt, half a teaspoon is enough. Stir.

3. Add about three glasses of flour, add vegetable or melted butter as you knead. If the dough turns out weak, add more flour.

4. Cover with a towel and let the mixture rise well.

5. Peel the apples and cut them into thin slices.

6. Chop the nuts into pieces and add them to the apples. You can add cinnamon right away, but add sugar just before shaping the cake.

7. Divide the dough into two parts for the bottom and top, the second piece should be a little smaller.

8. Roll out the crumpets.

9. Add sand to the filling, mix and place on the pie.
