NVIDIA programmers have completely redesigned the interface. Something was deleted, something was moved, something I liked, something not very much, but overall it turned out beautifully.

But the beta version is still not final and is updated from time to time. This was the case with the second version, so I'm used to the fact that when the program starts, it sometimes prompts for administrator rights to install the next update. So it was with the third version. But one of the latest updates broke the program completely and completely. At startup, a logo with a progress bar appeared, which after a while disappeared, but the program did not start.

I downloaded the distribution kit of the program, launched the installer and got exactly the same logo that disappears and does not appear. The patient is more likely dead than alive. It did not work to install in a piece - we will install it entirely.

I downloaded the latest drivers that have been bundled with GFE for a long time. Before that, I deleted the installed version of GFE in a regular way through the Control Panel.

The drivers were installed fine, the GFE of the stable second version started and worked, but I want the beta version and not the second, but the third.

In the settings I marked the checkboxes for downloading and installing beta-versions of drivers and GFE. The program immediately checked for updates and offered to update immediately to the latest available version.

The update was successful, the program started working, but it still had to be configured from scratch due to the fact that before that I had deleted everything completely.

The installer of the second version of GFE behaved approximately the same way, but it showed an error right away. So in my case, GFE is successfully installed only by the driver installer.
