  • 3-4 tomatoes.

Cut the fillet into small cubes, season with pepper, salt and mustard. Stir and leave to marinate for ten minutes.

Wash the chicken well and dry it with a paper towel. Then we cut the carcass into small portions, add a little salt and put it in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
