I want to note that welding machines with rectifiers, that is, working on a permanent (pulsating) current, knowingly better "changers" - those worked without a diode bridge. But the "standing" needs to bend and configure. Therefore, I propose tested improvements.

First of all, it concerns the inclusion in the scheme between the positive and negative wire of the rectified current of the C1 condenser.
