  2. Cut the washed chicken carcass into portions and place in a pan;
  3. Cut carrots into pucks, onions into half rings, celery into rings;
  4. Place the chopped vegetables in a saucepan with the chicken, add the specified amount of water, and place on the stove;
  5. Bring to a boil, turn to very low heat, cook for about 30 minutes;
