If you add sour cream to the dough, the sponge cake will come out fluffier and juicier. For it you will need:

  • flour – 390 g;
  • sugar – 1.5 cups;
  • condensed milk – 1 can;
  • low-fat sour cream – 200 ml;
  • egg – 2 pcs.;
  • baking powder – 1 sachet.

Cooking method:

  1. Beat eggs with sugar, gradually adding condensed milk and sour cream.
  2. Sift the flour and baking powder and add them to the egg-sour cream mixture.
  3. Knead the dough and place it on a baking sheet or in a greased mold.

Bake the sour cream biscuit with condensed milk in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 50 minutes.

Chocolate condensed milk cake in a slow cooker

Modern technology makes the baking process even simpler. For the biscuit you will need:

  • condensed milk – 1 can;
  • flour – 250 g;
  • cocoa powder – 30 g;
  • soda – 1 tsp;
  • vinegar 9% – 1 tsp;
  • vegetable oil – 1.5 tsp.

How to make a delicate sponge cake without hassle:

  1. Quench the soda with vinegar.
  2. Beat eggs with condensed milk. Add flour, cocoa and slaked soda to the mixture and knead the dough.
  3. Place it in the bowl of the device, previously greased with oil.
  4. Smooth the surface and cook covered for 50 minutes in the “Baking” mode.

The finished biscuits are sprinkled with powdered sugar. But if they are the basis for a cake, after cooling the cakes are coated with butter, sour cream or custard or jam. If desired, condensed milk, cocoa, and vanillin are also added to the cream.

The set of products is the most common:

1 glass=250ml

For the test:

  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 250 g sour cream
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda (no heaping)
  • 1.5 cups sifted flour

They will also need a whisk (you can just use a spoon, but it will take longer to work with it), a bowl for mixing the products, and a baking dish (you can bake in a frying pan).

Preparation:

Place condensed milk and sour cream in a bowl, stir with a whisk until smooth. Add eggs, granulated sugar and soda. Mix thoroughly again.

Add flour little by little, stirring the dough each time. The dough is ready.

Bake at a temperature of 170-180 degrees in a preheated oven. It is better to bake in two stages, dividing into two parts. Grease the form in which we will bake with soft butter or margarine and sprinkle with semolina. The cakes bake quite quickly. Beautiful, soft, fluffy!

Options for using this biscuit:

Without cutting the cakes, grease them and soak them in cream. (mix 1 cup sour cream and 1 cup sugar), stack one on top of the other.

Sponge cake with boiled condensed milk “Stella”

The basis of the “Stella” cake is sponge cakes made with boiled condensed milk. The same ingredient is used for the cream. This cake can be prepared for a name day or other celebration. Cake “Stella” is suitable for any celebration. Thanks to its divine taste, even the pickiest guest will like it.

Cooking time - 2 hours.

For the cakes:

  • 5 chicken eggs;
  • 1 can of boiled condensed milk;
  • 100 gr. butter;
  • 400 gr. sifted wheat flour;
  • 2 pinches of vanillin;
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder.

For cream:

  • 1 can of boiled condensed milk;
  • 1 stick of butter;
  • 1 pinch of vanillin.

For decoration:

  • 30 gr. hazelnuts;
  • 30 gr. cashew nuts.

Preparation:

  1. Separate the whites from the yolks and beat until thick and fluffy.
  2. Combine the yolks with condensed milk and softened butter. Beat very well with a mixer. Slowly add the beaten egg whites, continuing to beat the mixture.
  3. Mix flour with baking powder and vanilla. Add half a glass to the rest of the dough.
  4. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Grease a baking dish with butter and place the resulting dough into it. Bake for 30 minutes.
  5. Preparing the cream. Combine boiled condensed milk and soft butter in a deep bowl. Add a pinch of vanillin and beat the ingredients with a mixer until fluffy and fluffy.
  6. When the sponge cake is baked, cut it into 3 layers and cool. Spread each cake with cream. Don't forget the top and sides.
  7. Finely chop the almonds and hazelnuts with a knife and sprinkle them over the entire surface of the cake.

  2. Add the yolks to the whites one spoon at a time and beat.
  3. Mix a can of condensed milk with sour cream. Add cinnamon and baking powder. Whisk everything thoroughly with a whisk. Carefully add the egg mixture here, while adding flour. Beat everything with a mixer.
  4. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees. Pour the biscuit dough into the greased baking dish. Bake for 25-28 minutes.
  5. Remove the biscuit from the oven and cool. You can make your guests happy!
