The administration of the MOU DOD "DOL" Beryozka "conducts a competition of counselor skills" Super leader "in each shift of the summer season. The specific terms of the stages of the competition are announced 10 days before the start of the shift.
The purpose and objectives of the competition
Targeta competition for the mastery of counselors - promoting self-realization and disclosing the creative potential of counselors, identifying gifted educators and teachers, recognizing their work as one of the types of temporary employment for young people.
Tasks:
· Increasing the activity of the teaching staff of the camp in organizing meaningful work with children;
· Promoting the development of proactive counselors, creating a piggy bank of positive counselors experience in a summer health camp;
· Increasing the prestige of the Leader profession.
Dates and venue of the competition
The Super Leader of the Year competition is held in three stages:
Stage 1- "My vocation is to kindle hearts!"

Conditions for participation in the competition
The counselors of the pedagogical team of the MOU DOD "DOL" Beryozka "of the current year are taking part in the competition. Stage 1

Participants of the competition present a creative folder of the participant.
Requirements for the content and design of the folder:

"Self-presentation"
Contestants must reveal their credo, the diversity of the world of their hobbies, their leading ideas, life priorities, attitude towards children, colleagues, and profession.
The participant of the competition must make a self-presentation in free form within 5 minutes.
Choosing the form of presentation, it is necessary to remember that "Self-presentation" is a variety of talents, the ability to improvise, joke, the ability to be attractive and charming.
1. You should pay attention to the purpose and conditions of the test task, the form of presenting yourself and your work.
2. It is necessary to determine what to present (content of self-presentation) and how to present (form of presentation).
3. It is advisable to say about who the contestants are, basic education, place of study (work). Very briefly talk about the prospects of work and plans.
4. An illustration of the information block of the competition assignment is possible (stands with photographs, drawings, tables; crafts, models, layouts, video materials, etc.) Their presence and skillful use gives the presentation clarity, gives a more complete picture of the work of the counselor.
5. An important factor in self-presentation is the competitor's pedagogical culture: culture of speech and behavior, appearance, originality and originality of the performance.

The participant of the competition presents an exhibition of photo slides of his achievements (at least 10-15 slides depicting the participant in creative activity with children).
The defense of a photo project is carried out in a creative form (poems, songs, theatrical monologues, etc.) - 5 min.
Competent and skillful use of equipment and other technical means is allowed, provided that it is logical and competent in combination with tasks.
"Staging" (pantomime)
The counselors are given cards with the name of the song, fairy tale, etc. For 1.5-2 minutes, the counselors, using gestures, depict the content of the song or fairy tale and the audience must guess their names. 3 minutes are given to prepare the competition.
"Original assignment"
The order of performances is determined by drawing lots.
Stage 2
Creative workshop "Childhood Navigator"
The creative workshop "The Navigator of Childhood" is included in the 2nd stage of the "Super Leader" competition.
In the process of work, each counselor has prepared a large number of different scenarios for thematic game programs, contests, KTD, and in this regard, there is a need to generalize and disseminate the pedagogical experience of counselors.
This stage will allow you to analyze and identify how creatively and competently the counselors are able to use various forms of methods and technologies in their work.
Target - raising the professional level of those who take away, generalization and
the spread of teaching excellence.
Tasks:
· Stimulating the creative search for counselors to use new non-traditional forms and methods of work in children's groups;
· Studying and determining the level of proficiency in various forms, methods and technologies, identifying the degree of pedagogical skill of counselors;
· Creation of a base of a training and methodological kit for use by camp counselors
