  • One good bunch of green arrows. If they are frozen, then 300-400 grams;
  • Half a kilo of pork neck meat (who doesn’t like too much fat, you can take the tenderloin);
  • One hundred grams of soy sauce;
  • 20 gr. fresh, grated ginger or half a teaspoon of dried;
  • 10 gr. potato starch;
  • For cooking any fat (vegetable or combined).

For Chinese dishes, meat should be cut only into thin slices, no more than 5-7cm long. Place it on a plate, add ginger and soy sauce to the meat, and leave to marinate for one hour.

Wash the garlic arrows and cut them into the same strips as the meat, no more than 7 cm long.

Next, place the already marinated meat on a paper napkin and blot it slightly. Then fry in a well-heated frying pan until half cooked. Culinary experts recommend frying meat at big fire so that it immediately sets into a crust. On medium or low, all the juice will come out and the dish will be dry.

Take another frying pan, pour oil into it and heat it well. Then add garlic and fry for 2-3 minutes, stirring continuously. If the garlic shoots are too young, one minute is enough for frying. They should be crispy, not soft.

Instead of pork, you can use chicken breast or beef tenderloin.

This is a hot dish, so it is served immediately after cooking.

Garlic arrows with meat and funcheza

Another dish from Chinese cuisine with garlic arrows. But it is for lovers of Chinese noodles.

Required Products:

  • Funcheza noodles - two bunches;
  • Any meat (chicken, beef or pork) – no more than 400 grams;
  • One large turnip onion;
  • 200 grams of carrots;
  • 200-300 grams of garlic arrows;
  • Any fat for frying food;

This dish will need to be seasoned with sauce, which will require:

50 grams vegetable oil mix with the juice of half a lemon. Add 50 grams of soy sauce and Weijin (Chinese seasoning), paprika and ground black pepper to it. Grate two cloves of garlic on a fine grater and mix with the sauce.

Preparation of the dish: garlic arrows are washed and cut into strips 5 cm long. Then put them in boiling salted water for 2-3 minutes. After time, drain the water and leave to cool in a plate.

Peel the onion and cut into half rings. Fry in a frying pan until half cooked.

The meat is cut into small cubes (0.5 cm wide and 5-7 cm long). Add it to the frying pan with the onion and fry until golden brown over the highest heat.

Then add garlic, a little water and simmer for no more than 5 minutes.

Place the noodle bundles in boiling salted water and cook until tender (about 7 minutes). The readiness of the product can be easily determined by its color; the “funcheza” becomes transparent.

The turn came to the carrots. Rub it on a Korean grater to create long, beautiful, noodle-like strips.

Take a large plate, put carrots in it, pour in the pre-prepared sauce and leave for 10-15 minutes to marinate. Then add the meat with garlic arrows and noodles. Mix all ingredients carefully.

- 100 grams of fresh tomatoes,
- 50 grams of carrots,

- 50 grams of soy sauce,
- 10 grams of table salt,
- 10 grams of dry spices for chicken.

1. All products should be prepared in advance so that they are at hand! First of all, you need to cut the chicken meat into small pieces.

Pour in the pork and cook over very high heat, stirring, for 3 minutes. Next, add the carrots and garlic arrows. Cook for two minutes, also stirring. During this time, the arrows should become a little brighter, as paradoxical as it sounds - fresher. J

Pour the cooked meat, arrows and carrots into a colander or sieve to drain, while in the meantime we prepare the sauce. Diluted in 100 grams cold water a teaspoon of starch. Add a couple of tablespoons of good soy sauce. On clean frying pan pour out some oil. Fry onion and garlic in oil over high heat. As the onions begin to fry, pour in the starch solution and stir until thickened.   • 2 chicken fillets
  • a good bunch of garlic arrows
  • 1 onion
  • 1 carrot
  • salt, pepper seasonings to taste
  • 4 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 - 2 tbsp lemon juice

Cooking method

Cut the chicken fillet into medium strips, add salt and pepper, add seasonings, lemon juice and 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil. Stir and put in the refrigerator for 2 - 3 hours. Cut off the tails of the garlic arrows (if they are young, you can cook with them) and cut into pieces of approximately 5 cm. Chop the carrots into strips, the onions into thin half rings. First of all, we begin to fry the marinated chicken pieces over medium heat for about 15 minutes, turning several times. Then add chopped garlic arrows, carrots and onions. Add a little salt and pepper and cook everything together for 10 minutes until lightly browned. At the very end, cover the pan with a lid and turn off the heat, leaving the chicken with the arrows for about 10 minutes. Bon appetit.
