In 1983 he was appointed secretary of the USSR Consulate General in the city of Karlovy Vary (today - the Czech Republic). In this position, the young diplomat worked until 1985... After that, he took the post of attaché of the USSR embassy in the capital of Czechoslovakia, Prague. From 1993 to 1996, Gromov was actually the second official of our country in Slovakia.

Completion of a diplomatic career. Return to RF

In 1996, Gromov's diplomatic mission came to an end. Having gained vast experience, Alexey Gromov began an active political career in his homeland. In 1996 he was appointed head of the press service of the head of the Russian Federation. In this position, the 36-year-old politician replaced Igor Ignatiev. The Russian media associated this appointment with the personality of Sergei Yastrzhembsky. It was he who was the Ambassador of the Russian Federation to Slovakia from 1993 to 1996. During these three years, Yastrzhembsky and Gromov became close friends. Therefore, Sergei Vladimirovich, who took the post of press secretary of the head of the Russian Federation, first of all called a person whom he could trust.
In 1998 Alexey Gromov received a new position. appointed him head of the press service of the Presidential Administration of Russia.

Gromov - Presidential Advisor

On the last day of 1999, it became known that Boris Yeltsin was leaving his post ahead of schedule. After 4 days and. about. President of Russia was appointed former Prime Minister Vladimir Putin... One of the first decisions of Vladimir Vladimirovich was the appointment of Gromov to the post of press secretary of the head of the Russian Federation. Press Secretary of the President of the Russian Federation - Alexey Gromov

Gromov considered his main task in the new post to destroy stereotypes about the Kremlin's closed nature. Gromov's vigorous activity in this direction was noted by the Ogonyok magazine, which presented the then press secretary of the head of Russia with an award “for ensuring information transparency”.

In 2001, Alexey Gromov significantly expanded the horizons of his activities. He became one of the members of the board of directors of the country's main television channel, Russian Public Television (later Channel One).
In 2004, Putin was re-elected for a second presidential term. The extension of Putin's cadence meant that Gromov would retain his post. At the same time, Alexey Gromov continued to conquer new fields of activity. So, in 2005, he became the curator of the Russian international multilingual TV channel Russia Today. According to unofficial information, it is Aleksey Alekseevich who is considered one of the main initiators of the creation of this TV channel.
On May 7, 2008, Putin resigned as head of the Russian Federation. On the same day, Gromov officially confirmed his resignation from the post of press secretary of the head of the Russian Federation.

Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration of the Russian Federation

But given the excellent reputation and extensive experience of this politician, he was idle for only 5 days. Already on May 12, 2008, Alexey Gromov became the deputy head of the Presidential Administration of the Russian Federation. Four years later, after Putin returned to the presidency, Gromov was promoted to the post of 1st Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration of the Russian Federation.

Personal life

Like many other Russian politicians, Gromov tries not to talk about his personal life. Today it is only known that he is married to Anna Gromova, chair of the supervisory board of the ESPO fund. The couple are raising two sons, Danil and Alexei.
If we talk about a hobby, then this politician is an avid collector of gnome figurines. Another hobby of this politician is riding off-road vehicles. In the declaration, he noted the presence of an all-terrain vehicle and a snow and swamp-going vehicle.

Thunders these days

In 2014, Alexey Gromov was included in the United States sanctions list. The Russian politician came under US sanctions in connection with the Ukrainian crisis of 2013-2014. Getting into this list confirms the fact that Aleksei Alekseevich is considered one of the most significant domestic politicians (along with Gromov, brothers, Sergei Naryshkin, the head of Russian Railways, and many others were included in this list). Moreover, he has been able to maintain this status for 25 years. The high status of this politician is confirmed by the Kremlin residence permit and the presence of a personal account in the Kremlin.

In 2018, the general public became aware of the conflict between Gromov and the media manager of the Life.ru project, Aram Gabrelyanov. According to unofficial information, Alexey Gromov tried to put pressure on the founder of the Russian Internet news project Nikita Mogutin through Gabrelyanov, but he always refused the curator of the information policy of the Russian Federation. Perhaps this conflict was the reason for leaving the Life.ru project.
In 2018, many Russian media outlets circulated that Aleksey Alekseevich helped to remove the well-known commentator Vasily Utkin from work at the matches of the World Cup. Utkin himself did not confirm this information, but said that the initiator of his dismissal was "an influential person from the presidential administration."

Gromov Alexey Alekseevich is mentioned in the press:

Anatomy of a rumor: Who's in charge of TV?

At the same time, there are rumors that the transfer of the "direct line" is connected with the struggle between the internal political bloc of the government and the bloc responsible for working with the media. Moreover, the current presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov and his predecessor in this position, and now the first deputy head of the presidential administration, Alexei Gromov, who often previously competed with each other, found themselves on the same side of the barricades.

Leaks of information about the beginning of such a confrontation appeared a long time ago, even after the New Year, when sources in the sector in charge of internal politics, First Deputy Chief of Staff Sergei Kiriyenko said that a study commissioned by their colleagues showed the ineffectiveness of the current way of working on central television channels and the harmfulness of all so-called political talk shows. long gone from meaningful discussion.

In Putin's Russia, devastated media is a reflection of state policy

Members of Putin's administration - today Deputy Chief of Staff Alexei Gromov - control the coverage of political events and decide what news should be covered, how it should be covered, and above all what should not be covered. For example, it is strictly forbidden to discuss members of the Putin family unless specifically instructed to do so. This often leads to embarrassing moments, such as when Putin suddenly announced his divorce on national television after the end of an opera he attended with his now ex-wife, Lyudmila.

The chief editors of major Russian media regularly attend "strategic meetings" hosted by representatives of the Putin administration. It's like Fight Club: no one acknowledges its existence, however, given the level of consistency in coverage of popular TV shows on the three largest TV channels, its existence seems obvious.

Le Monde: Moscow expands its media empire

This conflict became the final stage in the formation of Russian propaganda within the country. For the first time in history, the names of journalists and the media holding came under US or EU sanctions (Dmitry Kiselev, Alexey Gromov, Gazprom-Media), recalls Le Monde. The newspaper calls the external broadcasting of Russian television and radio channels the second stage in the formation of propaganda.

In December 2014, the Sputnik agency was created, working in several languages. It was created in record time and received a record, by Western standards, funding - 113 million euros or 7 billion rubles. This project was conceived and created by Mikhail Lesin, “one of the participants in the massacre of the Media-Most group” 15 years ago. His unexpected death in a Washington hotel still raises questions.

Yesterday Anonymous International posted a new batch of letters from the mailbox Timur Prokopenko , Deputy Head of the Department of Internal Policy of the Presidential Administration (see the first episode here). This time they also feature the gray cardinal Alexey Gromov , AP consultant Dmitry Badovsky with his reports, permanent Christina Potupchik with her magical creativity and many others. The correspondence also made it possible to find out that Prokopenko wrote to his opponents from an anonymous twitter, how the Ministry of Education fought against Duma member Burmatov for a “commission” in the media, how Roskomnadzor reported to the Presidential Administration for blocking Navalny's resources and a lot of equally informative information.

Gromov wags the dog

Alexey Gromov

In the massifs uncovered by Anonymous International, letters from the deputy head of the Presidential Administration Alexei Gromov, who are more often associated with another "Kremlin tower" (for example, daily monitoring of the mention of another deputy head - Viacheslav Volodin - but there is no monitoring by Gromov).

For example, Gromov sends a text about the recall of the Russian ambassador from Washington:

Text on the recall of the Russian ambassador from Washington

These words are very close to the text, peeping at the piece of paper, in the Federation Council was voiced by the Vice-Speaker Yuri Vorobyov. But here's the catch, the first quote was given by the Itar-Tass agency at 18:56. And Gromov sent a letter already at 18:52. It seems that he knew in advance the content of the piece of paper that Vorobyov was peeping into, and moreover, apparently Gromov wrote this piece of paper.

The directive from Gromov came at 18:52

No less curious is Gromov's letter in which he, without any comments, throws off screenshots of Prokopenko's hacked Vkontakte account of Ukrainian nationalist Dmitry Yarosh. After the hack, appeals appeared on his page to organize terrorist attacks in Russia, as well as a post with the support of the terrorist Doku Umarov (already deceased by that time). As soon as these posts were posted, the Kremlin media actively picked up the topic of "Yarosh the extremist", and the corresponding post appeared on Ramzan Kadyrov's instagram very quickly. Even then, many put forward a version about the involvement of the Presidential Administration in the hacking, Gromov's letter is another argument in favor of this version.

Gromov's letter

Control over the media. Dependency of "independent" and restraint of "Kommersant"

The Insider wrote about how the Presidential Administration puts "orders" in the federal media in the previous article. In the new array of correspondence there are new confirmations of this, for example, this is Badovsky's letter addressed to Prokopenko:

Badovsky's letter

Either Prokopenko got it mixed up, or decided differently, but Mironov was eventually published in Nezavisimaya Gazeta, and Chernyakhovsky in Dni.ru:

Publication based on correspondence

But if everything has long been clear with Nezavisimaya Gazeta, here is a letter from (at that time) the editor-in-chief of the newspaper Kommersant It was strange to see Mikhail Mikhailin in this correspondence. Pay attention to point 5: "We will write opponents in the newspaper with maximum restraint."

Maria Komarova at that time was not yet the general director of the publishing house "Kommersant" and worked at "Kommersant FM", so this letter, in principle, can be understood as an attempt to coordinate the work of the two divisions of the publishing house. However, for some reason Komarova still sent this plan to the Presidential Administration. Was it not for this consciousness that she was then entrusted with the post of CEO? Mikhail Mikhaylin refused to explain to The Insider the meaning of this letter and the phrase about “the most discreet coverage” of opponents of the invasion of Crimea. Meanwhile, Kommersant's correspondent Ilya Barabanov, who was then working in Crimea, told The Insider that he had not encountered any restrictions.

It is also curious that the history of the Mediametrix service emerges in the correspondence, which positions itself as an independent project that allows you to track the most discussed news on social networks. The Insider knew from its sources that the Presidential Administration was involved in the project, and now this information has been confirmed:

Prokopenko writes about "Mediametrix" - "This is our product"

Battle of jeans. Ministry of Education against the Presidential Administration

On April 6, Prokopenko receives a "certificate from Burmatov." Vladimir Burmatov, like Prokopenko, started in the "Young Guard of United Russia", and then slipped into the deputies and became, despite the forged dissertation, deputy chairman of the Duma committee on education. Since then, he has been at war with Education Minister Livanov. As it becomes clear from the correspondence, this confrontation turned into a war of
Burmatov wants to promote some texts in Izvestia and Interfax, and the Ministry of Education - others. This information is so interesting that The Insider cites it in full:

“After Usacheva came to the Ministry of Education as a press secretary, the publication of materials related to the investigation of violations of the law in the implementation of the ministry's activities became much more difficult. At the same time, the department still does not give comments to the media on the results of these investigations, but focused on the removal of publications and blocking their release. Simultaneously with this, large sums of money were transferred through the structures subordinate to the Ministry of Education to the consulting companies providing the corresponding services (the contract for Mikhailov and Partners through Rosobrnadzor, etc.)

As a result, the situation in news agencies: Interfax does not publish any materials containing an allusion to criticism of the ministry or negative information as “inconsistent with editorial policy”; Until recently, RIA Novosti published about one of the three news, the last 3-4 weeks blocked critical news on the Ministry of Education in full (while the correspondents prepare them regularly, and the editor does not let them through); Until recently, ITAR TASS put everything in place, but in the last 3-4 weeks the situation has changed to completely block any criticism of the department. The materials are also not edited. All this coincided with the transfer of money by the Ministry of Education to consulting firms.

The situation with Izvestia: until recently, the most significant and resonant topics merged through the newspaper. For the last 3-4 weeks, the releases go wrong (materials are transferred, they are published only on the site without going out in "paper", or are removed altogether). In this case, we are talking about already written articles with comments by experts, edited and even put in the layout. Before that, everything happened after Usacheva called the editor-in-chief (or after her visits to the editorial office). The last time the material on the criminal case of the minister was removed after a call from Usacheva Gabrelyanov (although the material was already in the layout and went to editing). A copy of the material is attached.

The United Russia website, which previously could have been the fastest way to publish news, put a full block on negative or critical information about the ministry.

As a result, there are now small agencies like the National News Service with which there are personal agreements, but the coverage of which is small, as well as direct mailing to the media, which does not work well because it is perceived as “spam”.

At the same time, the number of topics is constantly increasing, and we are talking about the results of checks with the relevant documents of the prosecutor's office, the Accounts Chamber, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Federal Antimonopoly Service and other departments. A significant part of the information is insider information, provided by the employees of the Ministry of Education and the subordinate organizations themselves and also supported by documents. A number of topics prepared for publication are presented below.

Dmitry Livanov

Promising topics for April 2014, on which inspections of law enforcement and supervisory authorities have ended or are ending, and which are ready for publication

1. A failed attempt for the third time to hush up the "Livanov case" (the case of embezzlement of budgetary funds in MISIS on an especially large scale). The verification of the prosecutor's office was completed, the decision to close the case was canceled as illegal, episodes were added to the case proving the involvement of the minister (orders signed by him). The material is completely ready for publication (the article in Izvestia was removed after Usacheva called Gabrelyanov, although it was already in the layout). The Ministry of Education declines to comment on the material (although Izvestia was offered this in advance - to express its position), since there are documents that directly indicate the minister when concluding contracts, there are corresponding conclusions of the Accounts Chamber and the Prosecutor's Office.

2. Results of the audit by the Accounts Chamber of the Ministry of Education (within the framework of the JV's control activities in the area of federal budget expenditures). According to the results of the audit, in particular, it turned out that the Ministry of Education is the "champion" among the departments in terms of the number of not developed normative legal acts on key issues of the ministry's activities, in particular, 19 normative acts regulating the formation of the federal system of training and retraining of teachers have not been developed ; the procedure for the formation of the material, technical, experimental and instrumental base of science; the procedure for the provision of special state scholarships for education by citizens of outstanding ability, including scholarships for study abroad; and more than a dozen other major regulations. In addition, the SP revealed other systemic violations in the activities of the Ministry of Education. There is a corresponding conclusion of the Accounts Chamber, there was a preliminary agreement with Izvestia about publication on Friday (4.04), which was also canceled.

3. The real situation with the revocation of licenses of "ineffective" universities: the results of the analysis of the procedure for revoking licenses, which was entrusted to the Ministry of Education by the Prime Minister. The Ministry's order was not executed: only a few licenses were actually revoked, and “more than a hundred deprived of licenses of universities” is a figure taken over several years, when universities themselves refused licenses due to economic inexpediency. Now it is presented as a result of work. The analysis was prepared with all the layouts by the employees of Rosobrnadzor themselves, who wished to open the situation so as not to fall under the distribution later. The preliminary agreement on publication was with Izvestia.

4. The results of the prosecutor's check on the failure of the timing of the implementation of the "Electronic VAK" project, for which more than 80 million rubles were allocated, and which was not launched in 2012, despite the fact that Livanov's department reported on the successful launch in all instances and in the media. An inspection by the prosecutor's office confirmed the failure to meet the deadlines and other violations. The information is ready for publication.

5. Inappropriate use of funds for the "payment of experts" by the Ministry of Education during the accreditation of universities, the use of experts who do not have the appropriate rights to conduct accreditation activities, cost overruns of funds allocated for experts. The information was prepared by the employees of the department themselves and is ready for publication.

6. Violations of the Ministry of Education in the implementation of FTSPRO projects in 2013 (misappropriation, official forgery, negligence). Overestimation of the cost of orders by tens of millions of rubles. The documents were provided by the employees of the department themselves, the materials are ready for publication.

7. Completion of the verification of the prosecutor's office and the Federal Antimonopoly Service on the facts of transfer of 200 million rubles to the accounts of shell companies that won the Ministry of Education tenders in 2012-2013 with no alternative. in violation of FZ-94. The due date for inspections is April 2014.

8. Completion of the prosecutor's check on the facts of the transfer of funds from the Ministry of Education to “phantom firms”, the information about which, presented in the tender documentation, was false. The end date of the audit is April 2014.

9. Creation by officials of the Ministry of Education of firms engaged in "guaranteed preparation" for the exam (in fact, as it is assumed - by trading in the results of the exam). In particular, a similar affiliated company was found with the head of Rosobrnadzor Kravtsov. The deadline for collecting supporting documentation is April 2014.

Suggestions:

1. To restore working contact with Izvestia and one or two of the agencies (RIA Novosti, ITAR TASS) at the level of editors. The necessary “capacity” is the publication of 8-10 major topics per month, like those presented above, and 4-6 “situational” topics related to the prompt response to problems (USE, monitoring of universities, inadequate orders of the ministry, etc.) )

2. Speech at ten minutes and approach to the press in the Duma on the topic of corruption in the department (detailed analysis of 3-4 related corruption scandals in the department)

3. If possible, restore contact with the EP website to publish all the news. "

Ksenzov against Navalny

The deputy head of Roskomnadzor, Maxim Ksenzov, is responsible for the "black lists" on the Internet - by law they are directed against pedophilia and drug propaganda, but in reality they are used to fight the opposition. Few doubted before that Ksenzov was serving the interests of the Presidential Administration in violation of the law, but now doubters (if any) can simply read some of his letters. Here he coordinates the answer with the AP Navalny to a request for illegal blocking of his LJ page:

But Ksenzov complains that he cannot do anything with Navalny's colleague Ruslan Leviev (Karpuk) - he made it so that when Roskomnadzor tries to block some of the resources of Navalny's team, he changes the link and instead blocks some of the propaganda sites.

Letter from Ksenzov

“We took advantage of a registry vulnerability (it had already been closed), which we knew about even before the law was passed and about which Ksenzova was warned,” Leviev explained to The Insider, “with the help of it we redirected the blocking of our mirrors to LifeNews (as a result of which it was blocked), Reedus and other propaganda dumpsters. "

And indeed. for some time it was possible to close a number of propaganda resources, including Lifenews, which caused Gabrelyanov's indignation.

The site navalny.us bypasses the bans of Roskomnadzor, since it does not contain any materials, but only sent it to Navalny's real blog (which opens in a new place each time). After a series of unsuccessful attempts to close the mirrors, Ksenzov gave up and the site navalny.us is still working.

Internal disassembly. Prokopenko vs. Belokonev

The fact that MGERovets Prokopenko tried to remove Sergei Belokonev (the former leader of the Nashi movement) from the post of head of Rosmolodezh was not a secret for anyone. "Rosmolodezh" - these are serious budgets and Prokopenko wanted to have his own person at the head of the department. You can find interesting details of this confrontation in the correspondence. Prokopenko created his own site zashkvar.com on which he posted "compromising evidence" on Belokonev, accusing him of corruption and inefficiency. But even more interesting is the document - minutes No. 25 of the Rosmolodezh meeting dated January 28, 2014. By unanimous decision Beloknev is allocated a subsidy of 8.6 million rubles for the purchase of an apartment. Not bad for an official with two years of experience.

Prokopenko posted dirt on Belokonevon your website zashkvar.com

It is curious that Prokopenko will not publicly say a word about this, and a month and a half after this gift, Belokonev will resign. It looks like 8.6 million have become a kind of compensation for him. However, Prokopenko himself does not live in poverty - as follows from the correspondence, he always flies in business class, and as a working machine, this fighter for patriotic education certainly demanded an Audi A8.

Prokopenko alwaysflies in business class

Belokonev was not the only enemy of Prokopenko. How he communicated with his other opponents - in the next section.

"A polite person". Prokopenko takes off his mask

There is a letter in Prokopenko's mail where he sends himself passwords for one of his Twitter and Instagram accounts, so as not to forget. But this is not his official twitter, but another, which is used for messages that he would like to write anonymously. In these tweets and replies, Prokopenko is not shy and fully reveals himself.

So he talks with Ekaterina Vinokurova (a journalist who often communicates with the Internal Policy Department of the Presidential Administration, where Prokopenko is his deputy):

Messages from Prokopenko to Ekaterina Vinokurova

This is how Prokopenko communicates with the gallery owner Marat Gelman:

Skirmish between Prokopenko and gallery owner Marat Gelman

This he writes to journalist Tikhon Dzyadko:

Prokopenko hurls insults towards Tikhon Dzyadko

And this is how he answers to the head of the Apostol company Tina Kandelaki:

"Compliments" to Tina Kandelaki ...

... And PR of your own website

However, let's return to more serious topics.

How Badovsky counted consultants and bloggers

Dmitry Badovsky

From time to time in Prokopenko's mail there are "analytical materials" from the political analyst Dmitry Badovsky, serving the Presidential Administration. Here, for example, is his help on consulting companies. In it, he claims that Ernst & Young is “historically focused on working with I. Shuvalov and A. Kudrin”; McKinsey “after the appointment of A. Dvorkovich (personal friendship with the company's partner Yermolai Solzhenitsyn) as Deputy Prime Minister, is sharply increasing the portfolio of consulting projects for the federal government and Moscow”, Boston Comsulting “began a dense consulting work with the federal government in 2012, under A. Belousov ", Deloitte" works closely with A. Usmanov's Mail.ru Group ", KPMG" is largely focused on lobbying the interests of big business (RUIE) ", and PWC is a co-organizer of the largest economic forums in the Russian Federation and a consultant to Gazprom.

This letter was sent by Badovsky on May 1, and exactly 2 weeks later Izvestia announced a bill banning foreign consulting companies from serving government agencies, and the bill included exactly the same 6 consulting companies that are presented in Badovsky's report. Since the state of mental health of Deputy Fedorov (also the leader of the Russian titushki from the NOD) is a debatable issue, it is difficult to say whether this bill was an improvisation or an order, but the coincidence itself seems curious.

It is Badovsky who sends to the AP a project to "control the Internet", the idea of which was announced three days later at a meeting with Putin by blogger Viktor Levanov, who serves the AP (Then Putin replied that the Internet was a CIA project).

Some of Badovsky's reports look very funny, for example, this is how he imagines the blogosphere's reaction to the invasion of Crimea:

However, even such analytics looks serious, against the background of the reports of the constant hero of our latest materials - Christina Potupchik , about it in the next section.

"Vladimir the Restorer" and other creative Potupchik

In the previous article, The Insider already wrote about the practice of denunciations that Potupchik made to the opposition media if, from her point of view, they covered events in the wrong way. Here are some more examples, this time about the Lenta.ru edition.

Here are excerpts from the late February report:

Denunciation by Potupchik about "Lenta.ru"

But a few days later:

Potupchik writes to the AP before the dismissal of the editor-in-chief of "Lenta"

It is noteworthy that Potupchik came to this conclusion a few days before the editor-in-chief Galina Timchenko was dismissed and after her the entire team left the editorial office.

In addition to denunciations, Prokopenko's mail is full of samples of propaganda work from Christina Potupchik. Here, for example, is a luxurious example of Kremlin creativity: Vladimir Restorer (note, not an oxidizing agent, not a solvent, but a reducing agent).

Clumsy propaganda from Christina Potupchik

And here is another sample of agitation from which we learn why Vladimir the Restorer needed Crimea - there is simply a lot of gas and oil:

Creative Potupchik about Crimea ...

And here's a stunningly compelling argument that the Russian elections are the fairest:

... And about the elections

Suddenly in the mail Potupchik - infographics on the palaces of our officials. Obviously, Christina simply meant that Volodin's mansion is not that big, quite medium-sized mansion:

Infographics on the palaces of officials (in full size -)

The sharp critical reaction of neutral users to the events in Crimea in connection with the depreciation of the ruble raises concerns. The comments of economists about the readiness of the currency to stabilize and positive economic forecasts are needed for dissemination in the media and support in blogs.

It is worth disseminating information about the imminent bankruptcy of Dozhd as much as possible, accompanying it with an indication of the wealth of its owner Vinokurov, and the fact that Dozhd, in fact, was bankrupt by him in the same way as the previous asset - Bank KIT-Finance. It turns out that Vinokurov treats state subsidies as much as he does not care about his own team of like-minded oppositionists, striving exclusively for his own enrichment.

The guards should continue to criticize Alexei Navalny for his proposed expansion of the list of Russian politicians who may be affected by Western sanctions. A number of guards and liberals have already criticized him for this, but the discussion may well be continued, especially against the background of the successful information background that accompanied Putin's message and the signing of the treaty on the annexation of Crimea and Sevastopol.

A widespread wave of reaction was caused by the dismissal of the historian Zubov from MGIMO. The main reason for criticism was the direct statement of MGIMO that Zubov was fired for his position on Crimea, which the university leadership considered possible to interfere with the educational process. It is advisable to try to somehow smooth out the situation, to motivate the dismissal with additional objective reasons not related to Zubov's position, but reflecting his objective professional suitability.

The guards should be ironic about the massive support for Makarevich, for whom top opposition figures stood up. It is necessary to pay attention to the fact that many real and pressing problems do not receive such attention, and Andrei Makarevich, a regular guest of the "Days of Russia" and corporate events of state-owned companies, does not need such protection.

It is necessary to stop speculation on the topic of possible control by the West of the price of oil, which could lead to its decline and, as a consequence, a budget deficit. Clarifying the pricing system for export products could knock the ground out of the opposition's offensive rhetoric. In the same explanatory vein, the actions of the Bank of Russia should also be covered - not as a one-time PR campaign, as it is perceived by the environment, and not as protection from sanctions, but as part of a single process to create a secure economy in the Eurasian space.

The active campaign launched by the opposition to bypass the blockages requires measures not only of an organizational nature, like a warning from the prosecutor's office, which will obviously not be implemented. Most of the audience does not have the technical competence to create a system for bypassing blocking and use ready-made software products in the form of special programs and add-ons for browsers. It is advisable to consider equating such programs and plugins with malware.

Regarding the topic of the lawsuit against Shenderovich, it is worth pointing out that the “old Jew” does not want to part with his money and is hiding behind his 80-year-old mother-in-law. Use it expediently by the most radical bloggers

The guards should pay attention and support the information of Ksenia Sobchak that Boris Nemtsov is not going to return to Russia from Israel because of the criminal case brought against him. Despite Nemtsov's hasty denial, it is worth remembering how Garry Kasparov, who is now engaged in the fight against the regime from abroad, denied similar information.

You also need to pay attention to Durov's statement about pressure from the FSB - such statements must be refuted with meaningful references to the numerous violations that these communities had according to the rules of VKontakte itself, as well as Russian legislation, which was completely ignored by the administration of the resource.

It should be noted that Potupchik had a separate story with Durov. On April 1, a letter with the following content was sent from Potupchik's mail to journalists and colleagues:

Dear friends and foes.

Today the person whom I admired all the time of our confrontation left his post, unable to withstand the pressure that we organized for him.

I'm talking about Pavel Durov.

We put pressure on him and on the Vkontakte shareholders throughout 2012, 2013 and 2014 - Pavel resisted, but apparently reached a stage where there is no longer any moral strength to agree with us and introduce vowel and unspoken restrictions for Vkontakte users.

I admire Paul's deed.

Now I went to my mail and found a letter from one of the meetings between us and the curators from the Internal Policy Department of the Presidential Administration of the Russian Federation and Vkontakte shareholders.

I am forwarding this letter to a wide range of recipients.

Bloggers and journalists. The letter contains all the data from which it is clear that this is not a fake, a file is attached following the meeting.

Tomorrow or even today I will claim that my mail was hacked by hackers, perhaps some of them will even take responsibility

Lewis Carroll im the judge

I want to be honest sometimes, at least to myself

It seems that now it is already obvious to everyone who exactly sent this letter on behalf of Potupchik. [...]
