  • Red caviar - 1 jar;
  • Hard cheese - 100 gr.;
  • Squid - 500 gr.;
  • Potatoes - 2 pcs.;
  • Egg - 6 pcs.;
  • Crab sticks - 200 gr.;
  • Mayonnaise - 200 gr.;
  • Salt, pepper - to taste.

1. First, let's clean the squid. If you have frozen squids, then remove them from the refrigerator, pour boiling water over them for exactly 2 minutes, but no more. But don’t forget that there is still a thin film. We delete it too. And they will be much softer.

2. Let the squid cook. Bring salted water to a boil, add it and wait until the water boils again. We take out the clam.

When it is cooked, cut it into strips.

3. Now boil and chop the potatoes.

You don’t need to add a lot of potatoes and cheese so as not to overwhelm the taste of the caviar and squid.

4. Boil and peel the eggs. Let's cut only the whites. We don't need a yolk for this salad.

5. We also chop the crab sticks into strips.

2. Cook the shrimp in boiling, slightly salted water. The smaller they are, the faster they cook. Cook for 1-2 minutes after boiling. When they are ready, they should float and the shell will become slightly transparent.

Be sure to put the shrimp in boiling water, otherwise they will lose their flavor. And don’t overcook them yet, otherwise they will become rubbery and stop being juicy.

  • Shrimp - 350 gr.;
  • Chicken eggs - 5 pcs.;
  • Salmon caviar - 1 jar;
  • Quail egg - 1 pc.;
  • Parsley - 4 sprigs;
  • Dill - 4 sprigs;
  • Pitted olives - half a jar;
  • Bay leaf - 2 pcs.;
  • Salt - to taste;
  • Sweet peas - 5 pcs.

1. As in the salads above, first prepare the squid, clean, cook, cut.

2. Throw salt, pepper, bay leaf into a pan of water and when the water boils, throw in raw shrimp. Cook for 1–2 minutes. And as soon as they float to the surface and the shell becomes more transparent, then they are ready.

If you have store-bought ready-made shrimp, just frozen, then fill them with water and let them sit for a while and thaw. We'll cut them into small pieces, of course you don't have to cut them, at your discretion.

4. Divide the chicken egg into white and yolk and grate three, and leave the quail egg whole.

5. Place squid and egg yolk in a salad bowl and cover with mayonnaise.

  • Peeled shrimp - 350 gr.;
  • Squid - 2 pcs.;
  • Mussels - 250 gr.;
  • Caviar - 4 spoons;
  • Mayonnaise - 250 ml;
  • Salt - to taste;
  • Eggs - 4 pcs.

2. Peel the mussels, wash them well to remove any sand, place them in boiling salted water and cook for 4-5 minutes.
