So, first we take a loaf weighing about half a kilogram, put it on a cutting board and cut it into slices or sticks with a thickness of 7–8 millimeters to 1 centimeter. Then we peel the garlic and pass its cloves through a press into a small bowl. After that, put the rest of the products that you will need to prepare the appetizer on the countertop and move on.
