  5. We send pre-washed beans, onions, herbs, homemade dressing and fried eggplants to a bowl. We mix.

Lean salad with beans and Korean carrots

The recipe is quite simple and does not require a lot of products. It turns out a very tasty, fragrant dish, which can also be eaten in fasting.

Ingredients:

  • 320 g of beans in their own juice;
  • medium carrot;
  • onion;
  • 1 bunch of cilantro;
  • 3 cloves of garlic;
  • 1 tsp ground coriander;
  • 0.5 tsp nutmeg;
  • 1 tsp sweet paprika;
  • 1 tsp Sahara;
  • salt, pepper - to taste;
  • 1.5 tsp 9% vinegar;
  • 45 g vegetable oil.

Cooking:

  1. Grate carrots for Korean carrots. Onion cut into half rings.
  2. Pour canned beans into a deep salad bowl. Add grated carrots, salt to taste, sugar and all spices.
  3. Pour 9% vinegar on top, mix everything well.
  4. Pour vegetable oil into a preheated frying pan, add onion, fry until golden.
  5. Make a small well in the center of the lettuce. Squeeze garlic through a press.
  6. After the onion is fried, remove it from the pan, we do not need it.
  7. Pour garlic into boiling oil. Next, add chopped cilantro to the salad. We mix all the ingredients.
  8. We cover the finished salad with a lid, put it in the refrigerator to brew for 2 hours.

Bean salad with walnuts and tomato paste "For meat"

This salad option goes well with meat dishes. Spicy, fragrant, very tasty with fried or baked meat.

Ingredients:

  • can of beans;
  • 1 large bunch of cilantro;
  • 2 cloves of garlic;
  • 45 g walnuts;
  • 1 tsp tomato paste;
  • leek;
  • 3 art. l. vegetable oil;
  • salt.

Cooking:

  1. Finely chop the cilantro and leek into half rings.
  2. We chop the walnuts with a knife.
  3. For dressing, mix 1 tsp. tomato paste, 3 tbsp. l. vegetable oil, black pepper, salt. Here we squeeze the garlic.
  4. We collect the salad: onions, nuts, cilantro, a jar of canned beans and season with dressing. At the end, you can salt to taste.
  5. Let the salad brew in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.

Salad with beans, corn and sausage

A recipe that diversifies the daily menu. Canned beans go well with sausage, cheese and crackers. Salad attracts not only with its bright taste, but also with ease of preparation.

Ingredients:

  • 150 g of cheese;
  • clove of garlic;
  • a can of canned corn;
  • a can of red beans;
  • a pack of crackers or kirieshek;
  • 150 g of semi-smoked sausage;
  • 3 art. l. mayonnaise;
  • salt.

Cooking:

Ingredients:

  • 1 can of beans in their own juice;
  • 25 g walnuts;
  • clove of garlic;
  • 1 can of pitted olives;
  • 1 tsp Sahara;
  • 100 ml filtered water;
  • 1 st. l. apple cider vinegar;
  • parsley;
  • olive oil.

Cooking:

  1. Chop one small onion into half rings. Add to it 1 tsp. sugar, st. l. apple cider vinegar and 100 ml of water. Let marinate for 15 minutes.
  2. Roast the nuts, then chop with a knife.
  3. We also chop the parsley.
  4. Add the washed beans to the salad bowl, followed by the olives.
  5. We filter the onion through a sieve, send it to a common bowl. Here, olive oil, nuts, parsley, salt, and rub a clove of garlic. Mix and serve!

Georgian bean salad with walnuts

The dish is very simple to prepare, but no less tasty.

Required products:

  • 2 cans of canned red beans;
  • 120 g walnuts;
  • 1 medium onion;
  • 3 art. l. vegetable oil;
  • salt, pepper - to taste.

Cooking:

  1. We grind walnuts in a blender not coarsely, but not finely.
  2. Fry the onion in a pan until golden.
  3. In a deep bowl, mix all the ingredients. Salt, pepper. If desired, you can also add a little garlic and cilantro, it will turn out even tastier.

Ingredients:
