How to cook frozen pancakes. How to cook frozen pancakes in the microwave and oven. For baking you need

When there is absolutely no time or desire to bother with preparing dinner or breakfast, we resort to semi-finished products. If the product is of high quality, that’s not all, it still needs to be “finished,” and today we will learn how to cook frozen pancakes in the microwave. Let's find out how best to do this, how long to keep it, and how to make them rosy and hot.

It seems that heating pancakes in the microwave will not be difficult, but there are some secrets here too.

How to reheat frozen pancakes in the microwave

If the pancakes are not too frozen, are of good quality, there is no ice on them and the semi-finished product is fresh, preparing it will not be difficult. Classic defrosting and subsequent cooking looks like this.

Step 1

Place the required amount of pancakes on a plate and place in the microwave on the “Defrost” setting for 3 minutes.

It’s better to arrange them in the shape of a “snowflake” so that they diverge from the middle in different directions, so defrosting will not only go faster, but more evenly.

Step 2

  • Pour oil into the frying pan, wait for it to warm up well for 1-1.5 minutes and lay out the pancakes.
  • Brown them on each side and place them on a plate lined with a napkin to absorb excess oil.

You shouldn’t keep baking over high heat; you want the pancakes to warm up well from the inside.

If the presence of a crispy crust is not important, it is better to cover them with a lid and add 1 tbsp. water, leaving to warm up over low heat. This is especially true for pancakes with salty filling; this technique will make them juicier.

If you want them to retain their crunchiness, cover them and, especially, add water to them in no case; this will make the dough too soft.

How to cook frozen pancakes in the microwave

But if a semi-finished product needs to not only be heated in the microwave, but also cooked until tender, you should proceed as follows.

Step-by-step preparation of frozen pancakes

  1. After defrosting, when the dough has completely “moved away” and the pancakes become soft and tender to the touch, we again send them to the microwave, using the normal cooking mode, setting the maximum power.
  2. You need to put a small piece of butter on the pancakes - this is the key to successful pancakes in the microwave.
  3. Be sure to cover the pancakes with a special microwave lid (if you don’t have one, then the plate with pancakes can be packed in a plastic bag).
  4. Hold it for 2-3 minutes and take it out.

Depending on the microwave, it is better to check the dish in the middle of cooking, because the features of the oven are such that it will first cook on the inside, and not on the outside.

How to cook frozen pancakes in the oven

If you have an oven in the kitchen, then heating and cooking frozen pancakes in the oven until ready is even easier!

  • Place the frozen pancakes on a small baking sheet with a non-stick coating or use any other form, but then grease it with oil.
  • Place frozen pancakes in it and cover with a few pieces of butter.
  • Set the temperature to 180°C and go about your business!

It will take about 20 minutes to prepare dinner or an afternoon snack. While the oven is heating up, it will take the pancakes to defrost, and then they will begin to brown.

Of course, it all depends on the stove and on which shelf, top or middle, we will place the delicacy, so it’s better to still look and monitor the preparation.

Place the finished pancakes on a plate and serve with sour cream, cream or fresh vegetables.

As you can see, it doesn’t cost anything to reheat and cook frozen pancakes in the microwave or oven! The main thing is to try, and then you’ll be able to get used to the gadgets in your kitchen and semi-finished products from a particular manufacturer.

Uzhzhys.
Firstly, colored pancakes look good only in the photo; in reality they are dull and inedible (the brain does not accept them). We tried it and made these for school. The people didn't eat.
Secondly, pancakes with buckwheat flour become loose and brittle; such flour gives a distinct buckwheat taste. Therefore, chocolate with buckwheat and even bananas is an extremely controversial combination.
I haven’t made it with peas, there are pea sweets in Indian cuisine, they are very good (perhaps there are different peas there), I’m afraid that in pancakes peas will also give a distinct taste and these will be snack pancakes, to go with broth, but not a dessert.

My husband and I are lucky - he is sympathetic to semi-finished products. Therefore, in the stash you always have: frozen vegetables (cauliflower, green beans, Hawaiian mixture, champignons). I highly recommend a couple of jars of canned beans in tomato from Veres. In a frying pan - heat it up - you can eat it.
Cereals in bags - Uvel or any - rice, wheat, millet (we don’t eat it, but many people praise it), there are also peas. They are selected, clean, just put them in salted boiling water - the side dish is ready.
Further. Dumplings, pancakes, dumplings with potatoes. Frozen. Pizza. We don’t always have it in the freezer, but often. I lightly enrich it with olives, cheese, ketchup (whatever is available) and put it in the oven.

Chinese salad or Chinese cabbage - a head of cabbage lasts a long time. At any moment you can make a salad out of it - lemon juice plus chopped garlic and let it stand. You can add everything you have in the house - sweets. pepper, tomato, black olives, feta cheese, etc. By the way, it also makes sense to keep a pack of feta cheese in stock.

Nowadays there are so many semi-finished products that it’s just a matter of price. Plus Korean ready-made salads if my husband likes them. They are expensive, but in a pinch they are the way to go.

We don’t eat meat, but IMHO, freezing a bunch of breasts, thighs, and wings is not a problem. Sausages again, dumplings. Fish fillet. Simmer in a small amount of water for literally 10 minutes. If cod - with pickles.

And of course, buckwheat, pasta, potatoes - these should also be in the house.

And rich, thick, beautiful scrambled eggs with lard or bacon or sausage and peppers with tomatoes and beans are also suitable as dinner. :)

stash like everyone else's, probably mostly everything in the freezer - chicken, breasts and thighs, entrecotes, minced meat, dumplings, ready-made pancakes with different fillings, sausages, salmon steaks, perch and perch fillets, 2 kg of frozen cheese (cut into 200-300 grams ), butter, vegetable mixtures for steaming, frying and soups), frozen sliced champignons, a couple of ice cream briquettes, fresh frozen parsley and dill, fresh frozen berries (strawberries, cherries) and frozen puff pastry (Talosto), and... I also freeze homemade pizza dough (in separate bags), and...a few more packages of crab sticks for salads
(hmmm... and the freezer is small - how does everything fit in there? :)

in the closet I “store”: muesli, crackers, all sorts of maggi soups, spaghetti, rice, beans, dried mushrooms, “long-lasting” milk, packs of tea, semi-mixed muffins

in the refrigerator: a couple of cans of pink salmon (for soup), corn (for salad), pickled cucumbers and tomatoes, more mayonnaise, yoghurt, jars of pate, bouillon cubes...

I don't wear much on myself. I order dairy products, frozen vegetables, juices, cookies through delivery service77

chicken, meat, sausage are a little expensive there - my husband buys from the list on Saturday...

I didn’t have any punctures, as this is a very simple microwave pancake recipe. However, the first time, due to inexperience, it may not work out. However, I hope there will be no problems. So, a recipe for pancakes in the microwave: 1. First, warm up the milk a little and dissolve the yeast in it. Slowly add flour to the already diluted mixture and mix immediately. Never add the entire amount of flour at once - as they say, you won’t end up with lumps :) 2. Mix and put in a warm place so that our dough becomes a little “friends” with the yeast. 3. As soon as the dough has risen a little and bubbles begin to appear on the surface, it’s time to add the egg, sugar, and pre-melted butter to the dough (don’t forget, following this classic recipe for pancakes in the microwave, melt and add only one spoon to the dough oils). 4. Mix the dough, cover it, and again let it sit for a while until it rises again. Now the fun begins. 5. So, take a microwave-safe wide plate and melt the second spoon of butter on it. Spread it well around the perimeter, and begin to spoon out the pancakes. To make our microwave pancakes successful at home, you can pre-soak the spoon. And don’t make them too big, otherwise they will remain damp inside. 6. That's it! All that remains is to put them in the microwave at full power for three minutes, then take them out, turn them over, and hold them for another three minutes. All! A simple and affordable recipe, and without the smell of fried food throughout the entire apartment! So I’m sure you’ll like this simple recipe for pancakes in the microwave :) Bon appetit!

Ingredients:
Milk – 150 Milliliters
Egg – 1 piece
Yeast – 10 grams
Butter - 2 tbsp. spoons
Sugar - 1 tbsp. spoon
Flour - 300 grams

So, the recipe for pancakes in the microwave:
1. Let’s warm up the milk a little to begin with, and dissolve the yeast in it. Slowly add flour to the already diluted mixture and mix immediately. Never add the entire amount of flour at once - as they say, you won’t end up with lumps :)
2. Mix and place in a warm place so that our dough becomes a little “friends” with the yeast.

Pizza dough in the microwave

Pizza very often helps out housewives in various situations. Everyone loves her, from young to old. There are many recipes for making pizza crust. In my family, they most often ask for “thick” pizza – that is, pizza with a yeast dough base. As you know, yeast dough needs some time to “mature”. I'll tell you how to speed up this process and cook pizza dough in the microwave:

Ingredients:
Dry yeast - 1.5 teaspoons
Sugar - 1 teaspoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Sunflower oil - 2 tbsp. spoons
Milk - 0.5 cups (you can mix milk with

water, you can just use water)
Flour - 250 grams (that's almost 2 cups)

Preparation:
1. Sift the flour and mix with dry yeast.
2. Add salt and sugar.
3. Pour in warm milk and knead into a smooth dough.
4. Add vegetable oil and knead well.
5. Place the dough in the microwave at minimum power for 1.5-2 minutes (I have a minimum power of 180 watts).
While the dough is rising, you can prepare the filling. Then you can take out the dough, roll it out, and then you know. Good luck! ;)

Yeast-free pizza in the microwave

For quickly preparing pizza at home, I would call a microwave oven the most convenient device. And although the oven is more familiar to us, it’s still worth paying attention to the method of preparing yeast-free pizza in the microwave, if only because it has a number of advantages. Pizza in the microwave bakes quickly and well, does not burn, and when ready, it looks and tastes very appetizing.

The dough, by the way, can also be yeast. Ready-made flatbreads for baking pizza are also suitable for the microwave as a base.

For the test:
milk – 120 ml
egg – 1 pc.
flour – 200 g

For filling:
tomato sauce – 1 tbsp.
ground pepper to taste
oregano – 1 pinch
hard cheese – 70-100 g
any filling to taste

Preparation:
Tomato sauce (ketchup, lecho), cheese and spices are a necessary component of pizza, but you are free to choose the filling yourself: from sausages, meat, fish, mushrooms and vegetables (by the way, mushrooms and vegetables need to be pre-fried) to sweet pineapples and berries . All ingredients need to be peeled, washed, dried and cut into slices, pieces, circles, strips - whatever you like.

Prepare the dough: pour flour into a deep bowl and make a well in the middle. Beat the egg in there and pour in the milk. Mix all the ingredients and knead until it doesn’t stick to your hands.

On a table sprinkled with flour, roll out the dough into a very thin flat piece, literally 1 mm, so that the pizza is baked in the microwave. Place the flatbread on a flat microwave baking dish, lifting the edges of the dough slightly. Spread a thin layer of sauce or lecho with small pieces of vegetables evenly over the dough layer. Sprinkle with spices: pepper and always a small amount of oregano (oregano), which gives a unique taste to the pizza. Now you can lay out the filling, distributing it evenly throughout the entire flatbread. Onions, tomatoes, pineapples, sweet peppers will add juiciness to it, and ham, mushrooms, fish or meat will add satiety and brightness. Sprinkle the top of the pizza with grated cheese. By the way, when baked in the microwave, the filling remains juicy even without a cheese crust, so you can do without cheese, but it’s somehow more tender.

Bake pizza in the microwave at full power for about 7-9 minutes.

Pancakes in the microwave: fast, easy, cheap and a minimum of dirty dishes

It turns out that pancakes can also be cooked in the microwave. If Maslenitsa is coming soon, then this is more than a good reason to try the suggested recipes. I think you don’t like the prospect of once again spending half of the holiday at the stove. Do you want to celebrate the birthday of New Spring with everyone? Then a super quick way to cook pancakes without fussing with a frying pan, kitchen spatulas and subsequent washing of greasy dishes.

All you need in this case: ingredients for making pancakes, a bowl and a microwave. Yes, it's that simple!

Three recipes for everyone:

Ingredients for regular pancakes:

  • 1 large egg,
  • 300 milliliters of milk,
  • butter or vegetable oil,
  • 100 grams of flour.

Whisk the egg and half the milk in a bowl. Then gradually add flour until thick. Whisk thoroughly to prevent lumps from forming in the resulting dough. Add the remaining milk. It is very important that the dough has a thick consistency, then it will not “run away” anywhere.

Use a microwave-safe plate. Grease it evenly with oil so that the pancakes do not stick to the surface while cooking.

Pour a small portion of the prepared dough onto a plate and place in the microwave. Heat for a minute until pancake is crisp. If the dough is still raw, continue heating, but do not overdo it, otherwise you will simply burn it.

Unfortunately, if your oven does not have an electric grill, then the pancakes will not be as browned as your grandmother's, but no less tasty.

Overbake all the pancakes.

Serve pancakes with jam, honey, sour cream or chocolate spread.

P.S. You can change the recipe by adding sugar or other additives to the dough.

An interesting alternative to cooking would be pancakes in the microwave in a mug. They can be made either regular or gluten-free. These are exactly what I propose.

  • 2-3 tbsp. tablespoons butter (you can use either butter or vegetable oil),
  • 2 tbsp. tablespoons gluten-free oat flour,
  • 2 tbsp. tablespoons gluten-free all-purpose flour
  • ¼ tbsp. spoons of baking soda,
  • 3 tbsp. spoons of jam or syrup,
  • 1 large egg
  • 3 tbsp. spoons of milk.

If you still took butter, then you need to melt it. Place in a large microwave-safe mug and microwave on high for 20-30 seconds. Remove and let cool slightly.

Add oat flour, gluten-free all-purpose flour and baking soda. Mix thoroughly.

Add jam or syrup, egg and milk, continuing to stir until smooth.

Place the mug with the resulting pancake mixture in the microwave and cook on maximum for 3 minutes.

After the time is up, let the mug sit in the microwave for another minute or two until fully cooked.

Pour the remaining jam or syrup on top of the resulting pancakes and you are ready to eat.

Since we’re indulging in pancake buns here, here’s another recipe that’s suitable for vegetarians: microwave pancakes made from wholemeal flour.

  • 100 g whole grain flour,
  • 1 tbsp. a spoonful of unrefined sugar,
  • 1 p. spoon of powdered sugar,
  • 100 ml vanilla soy milk,
  • ½ tbsp. spoons of olive oil,
  • coconut oil for greasing.

Mix all dry ingredients.

Gradually add liquid, stirring constantly until the dough thickens. It should have a viscous consistency.

Grease a microwave-safe plate with coconut oil.

I usually put four tortillas on one plate, but no matter how you put the dough and whichever plate you choose, the distance between the tortillas should be at least a centimeter, as they will rise when heated. Plates with indentations in the middle are very good: if this middle is completely filled with dough, you can get one large perfectly round pancake.

Heat the batter in the microwave for about two minutes on high until the pancakes are thick and fluffy. The dough begins to heat up from the edges to the middle. The pancake is ready if it does not stick to your hand when touched.

I advise you to serve the pancakes hot, with jam, chocolate syrup, sour cream, and your favorite sweets.

The easiest way to please yourself with pancakes is to heat ready-made frozen pancakes in the microwave, and they can be either homemade or store-bought (which, of course, is less preferable).

Microwave pancake recipe

Owners of microwave ovens will undoubtedly be interested in this recipe. Often, those who have this miracle device in their kitchen are not even aware of all its capabilities. Most often, housewives simply heat food in it, but do not undertake to cook in it. But this is precisely what he is called for.

Surely, you will be even more surprised when you find out that you can even cook pancakes in a microwave oven. Perhaps they will also be useful. Therefore, if you have a microwave and prefer healthy food, then this recipe is just for you! Find out all the secrets of this amazing recipe.

You will need the following set of products:

  • 2 eggs;
  • 75 g butter;
  • 8 g yeast;
  • 200 g flour;
  • 5 g salt;
  • 530 ml milk;
  • 40 g sugar.

The cooking sequence should be as follows:

Start with eggs. You will definitely need to separate the whites from the yolks and handle them separately. Salt the yolks and add sugar to them. Next, add yeast and stir well. Next, pour a little milk into the yolks. Now melt the butter in the microwave. 20 seconds will be enough for this. Pour it over the rest of the ingredients. After sifting the flour, gradually pour it in as well. Stir constantly. Separately, beat the whites well. Then add them to the dough with the remaining milk. Make sure your dough is smooth and free of lumps.

Baking pancakes will be unusual. You don't need a frying pan. Instead, look for a plate that matches the diameter of both the microwave and the desired size of pancakes. In addition, it must be flat. Pancakes will be baked in it. It, like the frying pan, will also need to be greased with oil, but only with butter. Spoon the dough. A few spoons should be enough to fill the bottom of the plate evenly with batter. Place it in the microwave for literally a minute and take out the ready-made pancake.

You will definitely like these pancakes with sour cream or any jam. And, of course, you will appreciate all the benefits of a microwave oven!
